It does one thing well, which is to integrate with another system related to golf. I cannot customize the menu to eliminate all of the things I don't use. I have had multiple problems with broadcasts/emails, which are important to any group - communications! I frequently find problems on the weekend, but can't get anyone to look at anything until Monday. Email/broadcast feature is unreliable, it has unsubscribed members for no reason, recently broadcast to certain email systems just breaks, and fixes are taking days/over a week. I have access to all members, the ability collect fees, send emails/notifications about our meetings, and process applications all from the same place. I was told on an email that they are so backed up that they are not returning phone calls, can't make this up. I've asked for a supervisor to reach out about 10 days ago, no call.
