Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I do like the dashboard feel, for keeping track of membership it has been better than what we were using before.

  • That it provides all the tools we need on a daily basis and yet it is very user friendly.

  • Cons

  • Lack of hands on training, I am not good with the tutorials that you have to watch. I would prefer to have a local seminar where I can learn hands on.

  • Still doesn’t sort by last name. Having some delays in the initial set up that I though would have already been addressed by previous clients.

  • Pros

  • The program is easy to use. I like the browser interface versus the desk top version as it is more modern and you can work off site.

  • Very easy to use as compared with other CRMs that I've tried. Friendly customer service. Very happy to have cloud based option to check when I'm out of the office.

  • Cons

  • The transition to the new software was a bit rocky but we were transferring information from several other platforms.

  • Navigating from one feature to another could be more user-friendly, and the search function has some limitations.
