Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The program is easy to use. I like the browser interface versus the desk top version as it is more modern and you can work off site.

  • Very easy to use as compared with other CRMs that I've tried. Friendly customer service. Very happy to have cloud based option to check when I'm out of the office.

  • Cons

  • The transition to the new software was a bit rocky but we were transferring information from several other platforms.

  • Navigating from one feature to another could be more user-friendly, and the search function has some limitations.

  • Pros

  • Great customer service, great follow, quick replies.

  • It's relatively easy to set-up and use -- and the customer service is second to none!

  • Cons

  • The only negative is that the new version was rolled out before the documentation was ready. But the system is so intuitive that it wasn't an issue.

  • The setup is difficult for me but I can always count on support for assistance
