We are using SignUp.com for lots of things, mostly tracking events and volunteer opportunities that are available to our students. It has been a great time saver and better option for us.

The software's brilliant - I love it - thanks. I used it to manage a roster of cafe volunteers at my local ski club, Mt Cheeseman, New Zealand.

This is a fantastic way for our dog rescue group to manage the volunteer shifts/numbers and it allows them to see where they are short or oversubscribed & message or Facebook post for extra help.

After set up, it can be hard to navigate back to make changes.

We are using the free version, so the price is right. I love that I can just create a signup form and then distribute the link - no more maintenance on my part, or sending of reminder emails, etc.

Nice clean interface with simple event creation and clear calendars.

I also don't like the automated system generated emails almost every other day. Yes, I am aware that I abandoned my project; please stop reminding me.

I found it difficult to enter the scheduling I wanted too when the same event was occurring at different times.

It has been an excellent tool for me and I am most grateful to your team.

In addition the support staff at Volunteer Spot is very helpful and interested in making sure their site works as intended. I highly recommend Volunteer Spot for a volunteer organization.

This software was easy to navigate as an administrator in developing the project, and extremely easy to use for our members - including those that have limited computer skills.

The user interface is somewhat messy and the lingo that is used confusing at times. It can get really messy and busy.

I was a little confused on how to print out a list with the names of the students, not just their parents, but finally found it.

One of my favorite is the Rapid Transaction Entry feature. It allows me to enter similar gifts from a number of different donors very easily and quickly.

They provide their users with a wealth of tools and resources for success and their customer service department is outstanding.

I cannot praise them enough. I like the availability of regular training as well as their written communication and newsletter.

If you need a versatile database, this is where to get one. The fundraising and capture of funder and donation information is outstanding.

Some of the settings can be confusing and the method of saving settings for each session type can be also confusing.

I like that it is easy to look constituents up by different attributes. I also like that I can rapid post a gift that is received from the constituents.

I like many of the features - it is certainly better than what we had before.

Connections are sometimes difficult to set up, and there is little feedback to troubleshoot when unable to connect.

I like the peer to peer ability to have constituents create and control their own fundraisers. I also like the all in one aspect of the product.

This product is very friendly, easy to use it i never experience any difficulties would love to bring more clients.

For every entry you must put in the name, then search, and if the entry is new, enter and then search again - very awkward and time consuming.

Additionally, MatchMaker is a great value and an investment that I know will continue to work for me – the client.

When compared to other product solutions, this one system can take the place of five separate systems at a price that is fair and with support that is the best we have experienced.

It's like having another person in the office, without the cost of one.

This makes it easy to use and easy to understand. MatchMaker has the best customer service and I love that I can speak with a person anytime I have a question.

I am particularly impressed with the capability of the program to allow specialized fund raising pages which can be personalized. Board members and others can conduct their own fundraising campaigns.

Arreva's FR products are easy to use. Customer support is good and the value derived is very good.

Very user friendly, great report options, any problems are resolved very quickly, its a one stop shop for all your donor record keeping needs. You guys are amazing and the software is incredible.

The system is easy to navigate: you can easily find your way through the system. It's so easy to enter meaningful data.
