I love the fact that I can access my notes from anywhere by logging into my gmail. Its easy to make notes which can be checked when finish.

What a strange little product--but I use it every day.

There are many features that are great in Google Keep including multi device sync, quick add feature and the ability to add documents and files. The interface is really clean and minimal.

What I like about this software is simplicity, ease of use, collaboration tools.

I'm very pleased with my time with Google Keep. It's good for quick, short notes or lengthy reminders.

The best of Google Keep are: Easy of use, free and cloud sync for all devices.

Embed option is missing. Organising your notes would not be that easy.

Great for notes taking whether by audio or text. Its great for a things to do list where you can just tick what was done and move on.

Easy to organise and prioritise meeting notes, colour options available and intuitive operation.

This could be the place to record every info that you think you have to come back and refer. The search is top notch and the integration with Google suite of apps is excellent.

One of the more useful features is you can include photos in your notes. On top of that, you can grab the image text.

I had some syncing issues in the past where it refused to sync with one device.

It stores very large notes, has terrific archival tools for unnecessary/older note threads and has so many customization options for anyone to enjoy for personal or organization reasons.

Ability to remind me of my schedules and ability to edit my to do list in real time.

Keeping these notes in specific files for each client is great.

Google does it best when it comes to Productivity or Content Management.

The only con I found is that the colors available for each note is limited. I wanted each category of note to have its own color but that wasn't possible based on this limitation.

The feature that i loved most about this app is the background setting feature where i can add pre-set pictures in the back of notes, it was great.

I love that Google Keep is free and can be easily integrated with other Google suite softwares. It is easy to use to take quick notes and/or to create a to-do list with dateline reminders.

I like the fact that Google Keep can be used effectively and efficiently to take notes, record voice memos, save images and drawings, and create interactive to-do lists.

It's good to experience a totally free and simple software like Keep that really help in tasks and note taking.

Acts buggy at times so not sure if it because of Chrome or the platform.

The only negative point to point out is related to the visual aspect of the platform. I think they could improve.

I can always go back, search and refer, or move my notes to other big apps with more bells and whistles. I love Keep for what it is at its core - easy to use and simple interface.

I mostly loved the simplicity of use and and it's productivity. Keep delivers what it promises.

It has a really simple and bad interface, you expect much better, especially when the brand is Google.

The most important part of Google Keep for me and my business was being able to upload documents and photos and it then be accessible to all my staff immediately whilst also keeping it safe.

Otter was harder hard to find this amongst a sea of other competing software. My search term was: cloud ai transcription software for transcribing recordings.

I tested multiple apps on the same recording and the accuracy of Otter's auto-generated transcript was amazing - MUCH better than the others.

Having a written transcript, thanks to Otter, will help me if I ever decide to preach these sermons again in the future in a different venue.

This software has a good user interface for both computer and mobile devices. Its playback option is a unique feature along with its capability of transcribing in real time.

I have loved using Otter. Great product and a huge tool for my daily work life on the go.

Not ready to hand Otter any cash or recommendations just yet.

It's still is an A.I so the possibility of margin of errors abounds. I tried transcribing my voice but the app got some words horribly wrong.

There's always tons of errors. Still it saves a lot of time transcribing it yourself.

Some of the transcription is so bad it makes me laugh. But as long as I review it soon after the conversation, I can figure it out.

I am looking forward to gaining more experience with the software and using it for my freelancing work. The software has good features to edit, highlight the text.

I love the ability to take photos of something that will appear in the transcription exactly where we are discussing it. The ability to recognize past speakers is really useful.

Since this is an AI assistant that responds to voice, there are bound to be problems.

Otter is incredibly easy to use, where in 'live transcription' or recorded transcription. The transcription itself is generally accurate.

The software gets the work done for me in very good quality and precision.

Price is reasonable, and even the cheapest subscription plan provides a significant amount of transcription time. It takes relatively little time to upload and transcribe recordings.

It does the job wonderfully. I also noticed that you can connect different apps like google calendar and zoom and set reminders to record meetings which I love.

It is just a wonderful experience and I will continue using the software for a long time I think, that is because of the friendly user interface and accessibility of using its feature.

SnagIT and Otter.ai give me what I need to take better notes as a business analyst, quickly get the action items, with traceability to.

Otter is easy to use and integrates well with other products.

In the end, it is already a software which has some issue with accuracy especially with difficult accent cases and background noise.

I also didn't like that the free version of Otter cuts off an audio file at the 45 minute mark, as I tend to preach about 50 minutes (so I often miss out on the last five minutes).

Having any of my visuals audio written and have the ability to edit it is something impressive and saves a lot of time.

Overall, I think it’s a super helpful tool for people who need notes and audio to remember important details during meetings, presentations or lectures.

Even if I want to upload an image or insert a comment, all of that is easy to use. It has access to different applications like zoom, which is very nice.

It was super easy to use as my first transcription software.
