I think they have a workable product that does save time, but has a few bugs and issues that could probably be solved with a greater investment in software personnel.

The income approach is very confusing. Using the survey and needing to know the terms of the lease (sometimes I can't find out) is difficult.

Pasting images into documents makes them a bit blurry. In the cost approach, the only way to enter soft costs is as a percentage of hard costs.

The product produces a high-quality report. It is fairly easy to navigate and use.

The report creation is easy and the report generally flows well. For the most part, searching for data is easy and integrating sales and leases into reports is easy.
