Lagging behind infrastructure and poor design quality.

Changing some of the minor settings has been a source of frustration, but not nearly enough to get me to switch to new software.

Ability to see incoming and outgoing revenue/expenses. Also the ability to invoice easily and effectively.

These features can be upgraded to something more useful with additions like time management, estimates, and bills. Some of the Pro's are listed below.

It's simple to use and easy to keep track of income. There's also great customer service if you have any questions on how the app works.

Simple, easy to use step up from sending customers excel or PDF invoices. Straightforward dashboard with ready oversight of what has been paid and what is outstanding.

Love the fact that it’s beautifully designed UI is so easy to use. Also their quest in constant upgrade.

And all of this for free. My experience couldn't have been better.

Invoicely automatically creates and sends invoices to clients, includes relevant costs and branding, and invoices are stored for easy collation.

I ultimately left because I was unhappy with the reliance on PayPal and wanted to move away from them.

I really liked the fact that its not super complicated as some other players out there. I wanted to have a place where I can create and track invoices, nothing more.

I liked the dashboards and the ease of getting started with the product - it doesn't take long to figure out how to use it.

As a business owner who is not overly IT savvy - really enjoy the ease of use of Invoicely. Provides it core offering really well - send out and reconcile invoices very easily.

All the features I needed most and expected at the free level, and very comfortable pricing tiers for higher functions.

The starting date cannot be the same day, it must be at least the day after. This doesn't make sense to me and has created me some problems.

Sometimes the software seems to send multiple invoices repeatedly to the same client email address, which can reflect badly on the user.

Simplicity and clarity for the user. Does all the typical billing functions with ease.

My overall experience with using Invoicely has been great i have been using it for some time now that i have my own LLC and it has been a life changer highly recommended.

Super easy to create and invoice and send it electronically to your client, as well as keeping track of past invoice. It also connects with Gusto for easy payment.

Very simple and intuitive UX and UI. Great pricing  and allows for unlimited invoices to be generated.

It's a good experience, and better than the solution I had before. I like it quite a bit and hope they continue to do exactly what they're doing.

I like that the software has a free option, and that it will still accept PayPal payments under a free account.

One of the best things about Invoicely is the time tracking feature. I love being able to easily track how much time I'm spending on what.

I pay for enough apps and programs as it is, and I am grateful that Invoicely fulfills my needs for free.

The interface is little bit confusing on how to edit existing but not yet sent invoices. Took a couple of tries to figure it out.

In summary I would say that I am very satisfied with the Paypal service for purchases, payment, especially immediate worldwide. Its clear and noble interface makes the operations pleasant.

I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.

What I liked most about this software was definitely the customer service. They were excellent in helping solve my issue and in a timely manner.

Easy to use and acceptable by tons of merchants/sellers. I also appreciate their support, as they have helped me resolves issues promptly.

I love how protective the company is and they are extremely reliable I love them they are just simply amazing.

The two things I hate about PayPal is its account limiting and favoring buyers disputes over sellers. This has promoted so much fraud.

I dislike that I've been charged a fee when others have sent money to me. When sending a small amount, it stinks to have a fee on that.

My only complaint is the customer service aspect. It's done through an email template so there is a delay in getting answers which is frustrating.

They can freeze your money at any time and you are stuck for months trying to appeal and have them release YOUR MONEY. This can kill your business.
