It is pretty easy to use, I like that I can use it from anywhere which is nice with a 24 hour gym because I dont need to be there all the time and can use it from home.

Frequently new updates cause problems with current functions.

The reports are great and I love that it works well with the Brivo door system. I like the scheduling section as well.

It helped when I went live. I knew if I had questions, I would get help and answers quickly.

So we were basically was charged for software which was never converted or even used. I would definitely do my research with software companies before you buy because this was a big mistake.

When we emailed the company's Owner regarding our dissatisfaction regarding the service from Shapenet and the unauthorized payments, he basically replied too bad but we never promised.

The product is easy to use and a great value. They are constantly working to expand and improve the system.

Horrible Experience with this company. I'm shocked that they have any clients with an experience like this.

She makes my shape.net experience very perfect.

Shapenet software is outstanding. Even better is the support we have received and most recently the support from reps.

Financial data capture, integration of schedule and facility use,trainer and customer data detail for measuring efficiency and productivity.

Great software and excellent training and onboarding.

The only downside to ShapeNet is that the only way for payment integration is to go through their third-party merchant.

We are excited to move forward with these features, hopefully the process will go a little more smoothly than the past few.

No app, at least when i used it. For trainers, having an app is important for scheduling conflicts etc.

Occasional down time can be frustrating with less than satisfactory communication regarding the problem.

Great Software with Even Better Customer Service.

They are very easy to contact and any issues or questions I had/have are responded to very quickly and at times followed up by an email and or a phone call.

Example the date field is always off by one cell. There is another field that has no purpose at all plus the classes pick up the class itself as if it were a person in attendance.

ShapeNet can do almost too much so sometimes hard to navigate.

The customer service is great! the staff knows my name and is happy to interact with me about any issue. They are always improving, developing new ways to engage customers.

Downloading data supposed to go to Excel but instead always defaults to Unicode drives me nuts because I download a lot of reports and have to convert everyone.

Flexibility to handle very large list of services, financial transactions and hstorical data. Most impressive however is their support staff.

As a previous Anytime Fitness software user, I must say that the transition was a bit more involved than I initially realized.

Great customer service, very timely in their response time. Once we got the initial conversion done, and my training complete it has been a lot smoother.

This program is so user friendly and amazing on how you can use the software to meet your needs, even if you are small facility.

The functions are relatively scattered and difficult.

As a small business owner, this is an affordable solution to help me run my business. The functionality meets my needs and there are more functions I can take advantage of as my business grows.

I have a hard time Seeing my credit card charges that I pay , and i cannot figure out how to change my routing information. So some things could be designed clearer.

The software is user friendly. Between the numerous integrations and the app I and my clients have been very satisfied with the ease of use.

I love that there are many benefits for clients, easy tutorials and for the most part Spa friendly.

That it helps me attract clients, the ease of setting it up and your customer support is amazing. The web design and logo team are wonderful and efficient.

Vagaro hands down offers the best product for the money with additional features than most that allow for things like customizable memberships and rewards programs.

If an error is made in the transaction, the program is not allowed to cancel.

The software was very computer friendly also you customer supports was there to answer all my questions in a rapid response time.

So now am stuck with used pay desk that i paid full price for it. Looking for another provider i am done with Vagaro very soon.

It's building it's features which is great. It's great for a business just starting out.

When this happens you do have the option to enter in card information manually, however you are charged extra for it which is another con.

I like that I am able to personalize my site however I’d like. It’s very helpful in creating websites and pretty much self explanatory when browsing thru all they have to offer.

Easy to Pull up on my Phone or P.C. Easy to checkout and Update Clients , Easy to build a Database, pretty easy to email right from a Clients Profile.

I have really enjoyed processing with Vagaro and the user friendly interface. I also love how my clients get emails and text reminders before their appointments.

I spend countless hours a month combing the system for these errors and it makes our company look incompetent to our customers.

Easy to use for me and my clients. They love the reminders and I love that all my salon information is in one location.

So completely useless for my business and a total waste of time trying to set up. This should be a big warning before you sign up.

NOTES:  I like this section it's comprehensive to different professions. The medical note section is helpful for massage therapists and other medically oriented professions.

Very poor I feel ripped off by their illegal refund policies. They ripped me off for $700 even though I never once used the service.

The price point is great. I love the ability to do payroll, run reports and credit card processing all in one place.

Like I mentioned before they have such amazing support, and training videos, and how to articles. It's incredibly user friendly.

I loved the marketing tools. The website builder and the access to easy use SOAP notes is what sold this to me, in addition to the pricing.

Forced to have to buy gift cards that are expensive to purchase through them. Charges for the visa use was more expensive then my bank charges.

There was no comparison. My favorite things about vagaro is the amazing customer service, ease of use, and the ability to use on both desk top and mobile devices.

Sometimes the card reader doesn't connect which is really frustrating because then I have to enter the credit card information by hand and get charged more. That's extremely frustrating.

It is easy for me to use and I do enjoy the lay out of it all. Customer support is great as well.

I love how easy it is to manage my accounting through Vagaro. Booking and Merchant services are easy and affordable.

They continue to update and improve it all the time, and have very good live customer service, which is so important when there is an issue that needs immediate attention.

Sometimes it's difficult to find what I'm looking for. That can be frustrating when I'm with a client.

They LOVE having the ability to see their schedules from the personal smart phone/ tablet when they aren't at work. Our client's LOVE their texting reminders.

I also appreciate being able to see my stat's for the month and year. It's a great help for taxes.

Seems to be pretty user friendly and I'm still learn the ins and outs but for the most part I am enjoying it. Would recommend it to other users.

The websites we can create are professional and super easy to create. Add ons like shopping cart to your website are inexpensive and easy to turn on/off at any time...I have done so, many times.

I am extremely satisfied with Vagaro and all supports in place. I recommend it to colleagues in the field.

The only dislike is that we can not add the pets name.
