Easy to use, straightforward, freemium version still very strong. It's also a geek's wonderland with all the possibilities of integration. It's my day-to-day reference, I open this app on a daily basis.

Pros:

As a person with ADHD, any.do has been helping me actually getting things DONE, for 6 straight years ! Its simplicity had me in the first place, with the possibility to order your tasks by time (today, tomorrow, soon, one day) or give them a specific date with a reminder popping up on the due date. YOu can also integrate it with many other apps and services like Google calendar and many others thanks to Zapier automations. Thanks to the team behind the app for helping me manage my life and not forget about 70% of it :)

Cons:

The free version is limited with some things, like the number of tags you can use. And since it's a monthly subscription I'm not a big fan of that.

Easy to see all tasks on one page with reminder times. And the "What will you do today" gives you a chance to set reminder times again if you had accidentally cleared them.

Cons:

Wish you could make one entry with bullets in addition to other entries about different topics. Also, if I'm typing or tapping something fast and continuous on my phone and an any do reminder pops up, it clears itelf before I have a chance to stop and read it and address it.

I have been using Any.do for several years and love how I can separate tasks in to projects and prioritize with complete flexibility. After using a Franklin Planner for many years, this is the best tool I've found to replace that functionality. Each day I start with Any.do to prioritize my day and I keep it open all day and add future tasks so I don't lose track of them. Highly recommend Any.do for daily use.

Over the years they have continued to develop and add functionality and as of now, I can't think of anything I feel is missing.

I feel like it's worth paying for. It helps me keep track of the daily things I need to do. I like that I can readjust my list as my day goes on.

Cons:

Sometimes I accidentally swipe away things on my list or my phone deletes notifications to do things and it's not easy to get them to come back up to keep track of what I need to do. I figured out I can go to history on my phone and find the things to open and click on snooze to get them to come back but it's not an easy to get them to show up.

I really like the AnyDo app for keeping me on track, productive, and organized. I love that you can schedule tasks, advance tasks, keep all my lists in one place that is easy to view. This app is very intuitive and easy to use. I’ve been using the free version of the app for years and it’s been all I need to keep several lists in one place and stay organized.

Any.do has been great for task management, collaboration, and keeping projects on track without feeling complicated. Definitely good value for the money and very easy to use. My only suggestion would be a more visually pleasing interface, maybe with better color-coordinated functionality to make organizing feel a little more intuitive and alive.

Best app for avoiding To Do List overwhelm

It's potentially brilliant but needs a bit of tidying up to be a smooth experience. Having found my way round the glitches, I find it the most helpful app in terms of being able to dump all tasks and projects large and small to avoid forgetting anything. Once they are in, then I can organise them into categories and urgency so that I can see what requires my attention each day.

Pros:

The visual presentation is simple and uncluttered. It is easy to add tasks. Plenty of functionality in the free version with additional customisation in the premium version. I have tried many productivity tools and this one is the most user-friendly. It's the only one that saves me from ADHD overwhelm.

Cons:

Navigation could be better. I click on Focus and expect to see my day laid out but instead there's a page telling me why focus is good. there are 2 buttons that only lead to an upgrade prompt, nothing useful. Probably these annoying things go away if you upgrade. However, I nearly gave up using this because I had to click all over the place to find my way to a visual of Today. It shouldn't be that difficult considering the purpose of this tool is to simplify things. The buttons for Priority and Category are not clear. Sometimes it puts things in a different category than I have selected.

Cost of pro plan, but I understand you all have increasing expenses as we all do. I would like to see a way to share information from family member to family together in one shared version in a free version. We don’t need much, but have to pay for that 1 feature.
