Pros:

As a person with ADHD, any.do has been helping me actually getting things DONE, for 6 straight years ! Its simplicity had me in the first place, with the possibility to order your tasks by time (today, tomorrow, soon, one day) or give them a specific date with a reminder popping up on the due date. YOu can also integrate it with many other apps and services like Google calendar and many others thanks to Zapier automations. Thanks to the team behind the app for helping me manage my life and not forget about 70% of it :)

Cons:

The free version is limited with some things, like the number of tags you can use. And since it's a monthly subscription I'm not a big fan of that.

Cons:

As a freelancer, a day can pass very quickly if I don't make steady progress on my work. That's why I break every project into small subtasks that can be completed within an hour and mark them as finished when done.
