It's like Facebook for task management. The best thing about Asana is surely design, it is minimalistic, beautiful, smart and goal oriented.

There is nothing a find to criticize in a negative way from this product, by the way.

Asana has a super friendly user interface that makes task management far more joyful than other competitors.

Asana is a great software it keeps things easy and clear to follow...the way it has listings  and timeline helps to navigate through the activities I also like how it tracks milestones of a project.

I like the ease of use and the simple platform, very good teaching tutorials. Ans FREE Forever, I must add there are upsells, But again they are VERY affordable.

Asana is super easy to use, fun with all the colors and functionality and helps keep me on track.

Pleasant interface, great potential, but there are other (free) programs that do more and have better integrations for Project Management.

The iPhone app is fantastic and an absolute must. The ability to connect the inside teams and outside teams together is a huge help.

When I miss a task with a repeating due date, in order to bring it current it appears I have to mark it complete for every day that was missed. This can be tedious when coming back from a vacation.

Asana has been an amazing tool for keeping our processes efficient and transparent, and we've set up teams shared with some clients so that they too can be aware of our progress on their projects.

I hate missing my deadlines and it's annoying to see those subtasks that keep going back even when they're marked complete.

As a community manager and strategist and sole contributor, having a robust task tracker is essential so that I can be successful at my job.

Right now it's a mess, and I'm sure that has more to do with us than Asana. We're 80 people, we're on the way to be 200, and I'm worried about how much crazier it will get.

It crashes some times and it kicks me out of my account at least 3 times a week, which can be very annoying and frustrating.

I like the ease of use, fun colors, and the simplicity of creating projects and tasks.

The ability to switch a project from columns to lists to calendar with ease. The customer service is incredible.

The feature set is terrific. The ability to assign and manage tasks and the project setup is wonderful.

That may sound silly but if you have ever used a software that update every month or even more frequently it's a pain.

It is easy to use and understand when you get used to using it.

It is especially useful for the industry in which Moveo operates (advertising). ESP has many great features, and overall, it is an extremely thorough and helpful tool.

I think that the job jacket is pretty good. I like being able to upload documents/view invoices and job charges all in one spot.

The software was excellent. Did everything we need it to from a task management, collaboration and traffic planning (and a ton more that we didnt use for billing and budgeting).

There’s a lot you can do in eSilentPartner in terms of resource planning and reporting. Certainly helps manage a team and their assignments.

Does so many things, few of them executed perfectly.

Only cons are when I make an error by mistake.

It's clear that the developers understand the nuances of our business and have incorporated that into the platform. The support team is responsive, professional and fully versed in the application.

Customer support has always been superb. They are always quick to offer insight and guidance, as well as taking recommendations into consideration for future enhancements/updates.

We have used the software for so long that it is comfortable yet constantly improving.

Overall the software is very user friendly, and the team has always been able to accommodate most special requests/ updates that we have asked for.

The accounting integration was so painful that honestly the only reason we still have ESP is because I don't think we could put our accounting team through another migration.

Many times I see people struggle with forcing a software product to do things their way. Let go, let the software guide you.

Lack of/Ease of use for customization of reporting.

ESilent Partner has an amazing support team, super reactive, doing the best to be sure your question is answered VERY quickly.

My responsibility is Finance, as such my daily interaction with the product is AR, AP, GL and Revenue (or Income Statement reports).

I primarily work with the billing and invoicing, which is very easy for me since I have been using ESP for quite a few years now.
