Pros/Cons
Pros
- Asana has been an amazing tool for keeping our processes efficient and transparent, and we've set up teams shared with some clients so that they too can be aware of our progress on their projects.
- It's like Facebook for task management. The best thing about Asana is surely design, it is minimalistic, beautiful, smart and goal oriented.
- I like the ease of use and the simple platform, very good teaching tutorials. Ans FREE Forever, I must add there are upsells, But again they are VERY affordable.
Cons
- This can be frustrating because you are only able to see conflicting requirements in the Timeline view.
- Right now it's a mess, and I'm sure that has more to do with us than Asana. We're 80 people, we're on the way to be 200, and I'm worried about how much crazier it will get.
- There is nothing a find to criticize in a negative way from this product, by the way.
Pros
- I like great customer support and Humi checks the box. Anytime I have had a question or needed assistance I have had prompt responses that were helpful and always kind.
- I appreciate how easy it is to upload and assign documents as in a financial institution there is a lot of annual documents. The task function is also amazing.
- Overall, Humi was great at ensuring our teams were able to easily keep track of things like vacation time and other company updates. It's ease of use makes it a very attractive software product.
Cons
- Ve also ran into random bug / glitches which can be frustrating. In todays world support in real time is the standard , so having to submit forms can be a bit irritating.
- Disappointed with the product and my experience. Oversold on the capabilities.
- From what I can tell there are hundreds of features. Ll update my review should I encounter anything else.
