I just found it boring that you can only view one person's task list at a time, if you have a project with multiple members, it makes it difficult.

It is integrated with limited software which restricts to carry out multidimensional projects. It’s pricing is also very high, it restrict its use for small organizations.

What I love about most about Basecamp is the ability to communicate and have ongoing conversations with people who are involved in the project.

The cost and ease of use, it's very straightforward. Being able to track what everyone assigned to a certain task/project is doing, and ensuring deadlines/goals are being met are great.

It makes our approval workflows so easy. You can customize the process according to what you want.

Most use cases do not require any code and when you do need to code it's basic and the support team is reactive and very skilled. Permissionning is very complete.

We are still implementing, but in my opinion it´s easy to use tool and allows flexibility. The service both before the sale and after the sale was very capable.

One of the outstanding features compared to its competitors is the ability to set up custom reporting. The GUI looks nice and is easy to navigate.

I tested a few BPM tool such as Kissflow and for me Flokzu is definitely stronger. The team is great and they even developed a few features for us over the years.

It follows bpm methodology and the draw itself has enough value. We can use on top of any tool and has lots of integration options.

The other downside I found is that you are often placed back in your 'home' screen instead of going back to where you left off.

I have found on Flokzu a very intuitive and easy-to-use BPM tool. As it is a pure BPM solution, you can automate any process, so it's useful for almost any industry.

Flokzu is great for workflow processes, but requires a little bit more training to be able to use it properly.

Flokzu has helped me automate complex processes without being a technical person. I strongly recommend Flokzu.

There are no specific features/issues I experienced with the software.

We can pretty much customize what you want in Flokzu : in the process and in the  form. Zappier connection enables to benefits from a lot of APIs.

I just Love how the software makes easy for me to implement my logins without the code and just with the workflow. It can handle all exceptions very easily.

Another highlight of Flokzu is its Customer Support team, which solves all the questions and problems in real-time, and they know a lot about BPM.

I had some problems with the learning platform. The quiz did not allow advancement despite correct answers.

Help center is super fast and very helpful, it is appreciated a lot.

Flokzu is a workflow automation solution that helps users manage recurring processes. The solution allows users to define processes, create customized workflows and manage service level agreements (SLAs).


Users can define fields with a form builder, invite team members to participate on projects and assign tasks. Flokzu provides a single location where users can view projects, task information and attachments. Team members are automatically assigned another task after their first task is finished.


Flokzu provides a dashboard that displays information on the number of tasks launched, completed tasks and how many are still pending. The dashboard lets users know the time taken by employees to complete a task, and also flags those tasks that are time-consuming. Flokzu also provides process templates for bug and issue reporting.
