Lack of localisation: e.g. BasicsOps is using MMDDYYYY which is fine for US, but not for the rest of the world.

The user interface is easy to navigate and the features are intuitive. One of the things I appreciate most about BasicOps is the ability to assign tasks to team members and track their progress.

The different views make it easy to work with your team to keep track of complex projects and communicate in real time. It's perfect for for remote teams.

Few features are missing that other big project management tools have.

What annoys me is that the application on the phone logs you out after shord period of time.
