I use this tool for tasks management only and it has all the features I need to do that work. So I don't like anything least about this tool.

I love how it lays out everything visually and I can manipulate it so easily. I used to like to draw flow charts by hand, but this lets me save erasers and time.

To be very honest, I liked the software because it was new and visually appealing, however, I didn't find anything intuitive about it that would make me stop using any of the platforms I use now.

Many nonprofits are scared off by project management concepts or tools; Casual is great because it won't blow the budget or require a dedicated resource to manage.

Complex projects might be difficult to setup in Casual.

My overall experience with Casual was okay. For the short amount of time I was able to use, it was an effective project management tool.

I like the visual nature of the app. It helps me stay on top of my most important projects and helps me manage the workflow when I have others assisting on a project.

For someone who doesn't want to be overseen by a 'boss' even if that boss is myself, I'm excited to have a creative and flexible service that inspires me to keep creating and keep organized.

This software does not have a module r portion for risk tracking or risk management.

I don't use dead-lines, I would rather have a duration to set for each task. Multi-selection works very bad, I would like to be able to draw a rectangle around tasks to select them all.

When you classify your tasks into projects, you are unable to see all your tasks in one single view. Chrome plugin is sluggish.

My experiencie with Todoist has been great so far. As I said before, I´m not a big fan of this kind of software.

We were looking for a replacement for Wunderlist after Microsoft destroyed it.

Overall, I recommend it over any other app for the reasons in my Pros section. It’s not perfect but it’s the best one out there.

It's very simple but effective, as an organizational tool should be. The price is plenty worth it for what you're given and the time it saves you by using it, plus the headaches it saves you from.

There is a lack of creativity in this software. No time-tracking or micro-scheduling.

I love that this software can link/sync up with your google calendar. I love that I can get reminders in the app and on my calendar.

Todist is VERY capable software with both solid tech support and a strong cult following will get you up to speed quickly—and tempt you to learn some of its more obscure (but powerful) features.

I am always interested in apps that can help me to know what to do and when. I think it's good there are different color coded sections and that you an go through it one by one.

The UX/UI is the best part of Todoist. It is easy to use and has a very beautiful interface.

The 2 big features for me are the templates and the projects. Templates are special to do lists created by experts or the community.

Todoist provided a good solution, but ultimately I decided to just use the Reminders app built into my iPhone as it functioned the best for me.

User friendly, help you to manage your tasks and appointments, I have to devide and remid my time between work and university, which is good.
