Customer support throughout setup and launch was excellent with a product specialist available onsite, phone and web-conference to help train our team and customize our environment.

Ability to use for multiple solutions in addition to Agile Project Management. I've been in the business for over 30 years and Clarizen Customer Care in the best I've experienced in a very long time.

The reporting suite is also very good and there seems to be a keen drive to continually improve the product.

It is an amazing project tracking system, has help us to improve the tracking of our projects and avoid delays.

The licensing model is confusing, not as advanced as Salesforce.

No integration with QuickBooks online Canada. No customization allowed with this tool.

Given its complexity, it is still very approachable and you can start using it right away, adding the more advanced features as you go.

No option for capturing project expenses against a project. Difficult to enter in dependencies, very repetitive task, rather than allowing for templates to be used.

The core PPM capabilities of Clarizen are very strong, but the biggest game change for us has been the 'custom objects' capability.

We researched for the best project management software app we could find and ended  up at Clarizen. It has the best features and an easy to use interface.

Super reporting capabilities. Use can create custime views which can be used for Project Meetings.

Working with Clarizen is always easy, they are incredibly helpful and their Professional Services support is outstanding.

This has got to be the most important consideration in my opinion. There are many great features of Clarizen, the API, interact, social collaboration and much more.

Super easy to track and submit hours, including setting up as many projects as necessary.

I love the simplistic, yet advanced tools this platform provides. Clarizen has made project management easy for me and my team.

The new native mobile app is great. Customer support, access to training and, professional services are all excellent.

The licensing model is a bit awkward when adding licenses to an existing account. The Gantt functionality is outdated.

I just love the tool because of its social media integration capability, the realistic information which the software provides is just awesome.

You can assign the resources for a project easily, see their advance and request progress report.

As a PPM, there are still gaps (as of this writing) in some basic PPM functionality. The most glaring to me is the lack of Capacity Planning functionality.

Overall, so impressed with this platform. Excited to learn a ton at Clarizen @ Work to help tranform our company.

Cloud based , good collaborative environment for project management activities like plan and workflow. Cost effective solution.

The vendor is very nice to deal with from a sales perspective, as well as with training. We are very pleased with Clarizen and will continue to use it after our initial subscription is up.

The most important thing that impressed me is the proximity of the Clarizen team. They are quick with to the point answers, very accessible and open to listen to your challenges.

We have used Clarizen for years and recommend it to all our clients. We are always asked for solutions that integrate with Salesforce.com and now we have a solution we can refer with confidence.

Its capability to be applied for wide applications and the customer support.

It was a disaster switching to Redbooth, and it was a major upgrade from Basecamp. Maybe it was too big of a jump for a smaller organization.

In short I would say it’s a great intuitive application to form new profitability reports and to create meaningful collaboration.

Great in an age of outsourcing, keeps people honest.

It is easy to use and it has functionality that we need. Customer support is great.

Some things are hard to set such as the time zone the employee is in for tracking time.

One of the first employee tracking software I ever used and I compare all the latest programs to HiveDesk. It is a definite contender in this space.

There is no way to go back and get the information when you cancel so if you didn't download or print everything it is lost.

Easy to use and Value for money team management software.

This software is fantastic for tracking hours. It also does a great job of determining how active employees are with their work with the active time feature.

My only complaint would be that we could not fit our whole team in a project it required me to create multiple projects.

Easy to use as the most important thing for time tracking is making sure that the program keeps track at a click of a button.

Screenshots are a great feature. Also, the timekeeping is  very beneficial as well.

It is extremely easy to use and very user friendly and intuitive.

It works it is not my favorite but i have tried quite a few other products and hive desk works for me it is better than some of its competitors for sure.

Inability for the admin to move hours from project to another.

We have a large contracted services footprint and many clients have asked us how we manage it and we have told them of Hivedesk. We love the ease of use and simplicity of the client and interface.

It cost 25.00 a month with very few features and I can pay less for other systems and get way more.

Reliable, accurate and effective solution for remote employees.

It is difficult to zoom in and out the snapshots. When a user runs a report to verify his time, it is not possible to sort by time.

My subcontractors love it, I love it It’s a win/win for all of us.

It allows us to track peoples use and find areas of weakness. Their price level is perfect for us and we love their reporting.

HiveDesk enables users to collaborate remotely on projects. Admins can assign different access permissions to workers and set up automatic screenshots to be taken of each worker’s computer.
