    Pros

Evernote is so easy! I love the way I can organize my notes into different notebooks. My favorite feature is that you can search through a specific notebook or through all of your notes. That makes things super simple. And the checkbox feature, I love. It's the best feeling to actually see something get checked off your to-do list.

    Cons

I can't think of anything! Honestly I've used this softer for the past 4 years now and could not live without it.

I like that it is simple and easy to use. There is not a lot of fluff which can be really nice. The fact that you can share notes so easily is also a big plus.

    Cons

There's not that much that differentiates it from other note taking tools.

Evernote is my go-to notes app

Evernote is my go-to notes app and I haven't found anything out there just quite as powerful. I love it's user interface and how easy it is to keep everything organised.

    Pros

I love many notes apps out there, but Evernote is simply the best by far. What I like best:
    - It's a very tidy app, making it clear and easy to use without much of a fuss.
    - Organising notes into notebooks is a great way to keep everything organised.
    - Text styling is a simple yet powerful way to customise your notes.
    - Password protection for the information contained in the notes is one of the best features so far.

    Cons

I resent not being able to embed videos which could be watched within the app itself. Also, I would like for it to have the ability to work on different notes as a team, and not only to "share" notes with people.

Just give it a try! It's easy to test and easy to move on if you don't like it. But, you will.

    Pros

    - I like the simplicity the best! I also use their Search function a lot, because I take TONS of notes! Using the Search function gets me to where I need to be quickly. And that’s important when I’m trying to jot something down before I forget it. The interface is so simple, yet beautiful. It’s not complicated or overwhelming.
    - They offer the same text capabilities as any other document interface (formatting options, bullet points or number lists, linking, etc.).
    - Users have the ability to upload PDFs or other documents to their notes, as well as connect Evernote to Google Drive for linking relevant projects. It also has browser extensions that allow you to save a web page, in its entirety, with just one click.

    Cons

Every now and then the auto-save creates a new note with the same information in. That can be a little frustrating to clean up.

I am an IT manager and software designer who depends on instant access to information hourly. Evernote has provided me with this access. The app is so good and dependable it made it to my favorites on the app bar on my phone. I simply cannot work without access to all the information contained in my Evernote for Business account.

    Pros

This is by far the most user friendly and easily accessible note app/software I have found. I have tried them all and Everynote is the first to cover all the bases. I can get to my data instantly from every device. It is easy to search within all notes and share data.

    Cons

I am not overly pleased with the way it integrates images into the notes. When I open a note that has an image I have added the image takes over the display area and it get hard to find text within the note.

Good for basic collaboration but falls short in some areas

Some interesting features but better solutions exist.

    Pros

Most people are long familar with Evernote for taking notes. It works fairly well in this respect. The Business version adds additional collaboration and file sharing capabilities. One restriction from the Free version that is lifted is the ability to run Evernote Business on unlimited devices and access all content offline. I found the provided templates to be quite useful, i.e. the expense tracker.

    Cons

For one, if someone is editing a note, you cannot simultaneously edit it as well. This is a major shortfall as other note software allows for simultaneously editing. The 2nd is that while documents can be sorted, editing of documents requires GDocs or desktop apps. This lowers the value proposition.

Evernote allowed my staff and I to share to do lists. One of the most helpful things is that Evernote acts like Pinterest in that it is an easy place to store business articles by topic for revisiting in the future.

    Pros

Evernote's base offering is free and allows sharing of notes, articles, and clips.

    Cons

The formatting of the notes is a little difficult and doesn't quite operate with Word shortcuts that most people are familiar with. Also the offline version doesn't seem to work all the time.

It is a great utility, never crashes or takes up too much memory, never had an issue at all. Very straightforward note utility

    Pros

This is a very simple straight forward utility for business. I keep all of my notes here, all of my links, shortcuts and customer information. It is a great resource for me when I am out of the office or when I need to look something up fast and easy.

    Cons

It is hard to share notes with others, giving them access to your notes and making it dynamic that you both can edit them and work on the same note. Have not figured that out yet. Can't edit tables once you make them on the web - they say they have been working to fix that for quite sometime.

    Pros

When I started using Evernote Business, I believed that the program is suitable only for creating notes. It turned out that this application is a great way to create reminders, store important notes, files, photos. I'm glad that the developers realized that the virtual notepad professionals would like to use not only for storing simple textual information, but because the application perfectly solves all the tasks assigned to it. And I also like that I can save notes in Evernote directly from the browser, for example, that I want to make a purchase of a particular product.

    Cons

The main disadvantage of software is its cost. Of course, there is also a free version, but it is very limited in terms of functionality and volume of provided space.

    Value for Money
    Pros

I am using this tool to store and manage the different study notes and lectures ppt. Evernote provides a chrome extension to work with, and it is really very useful to save the content which you are browsing directly to the Evernote folders. you can save the different document in the folder structure and even share with the team. Usually, I share some documents with my team and then they also modify it and helps in making it perfect. They can also add their inputs to the files. we can directly save PDF to the Evernote too.

    Cons

I am using the free version which comes with a limitation of file size which I can upload in a month, I think this needs to be increased. The other demerit which I feel is the limitation to download the saved notes in PDF or DOC file type, Evernote restricts this kind of feature, but this is somewhat must for this kind of tool, as it ensures compatibility.

    Pros

Someone convinced me to switch from using emails to store notes and important info over to Evernote. It is a big improvement over emails, which were certainly not made for that.

I love the way you can store photos, PDFs, audio files, and so much more. And I like the way I can pay by the amount I use.

    Cons

Like I said, my friend convinced me that I needed to stop storing all my notes and projects etc. in individual emails. He said I needed Evernote or OneNote. I paid for the first year of Evernote. Since I am in my mid-50s, I was hoping to find something intuitive. Something that looked like "folders in a file cabinet." I'm guessing that this software works great, but in my initial 3 months with it, I have not found it intuitive. It is not obvious to me where things are, and how the hierarchy works. Someone suggested that I check OneNote. I did, and it has exactly what I would have expected. I switched. I imagine Evernote has what I want, but it was not intuitive.

    N/A
    Pros

Evernote is good for saving my articles, blog posts and other documents which I saved as a note, those are important and to lose may be terrible. For example, I easily find them later by saving the blog addresses on specific topics with the same tag. I save the name of the blog and after 3 days I write a name and find it easily. In my workload the most useful and significant site of Evernote is that I can save everything I write and get them whenever you want to reduce time waste.

    Cons

It’s really hard to save pages on iPhone Evernote app when I am connected with internet. Sometimes it is working slow and bothers me. When I am at the lesson or training and want to use phone app but I can not.
