Pros/Cons
Pros
- I like this software design its really has beautiful colors also its so fast and useful for save quike notes.
- Evernote is easy to use and navigate it has wonderful features and the customer support is s very nice and helpful.
- Easy to use, useful, quick and pleasant setup. Support is good and i enjoyed my experience using the product.
Cons
- I don't like the lack of customization. Also, i hate that you can not put a folder into a folder.
- The new re-write (v10) is awful, and forced me to revert to v6. Searching for a new alternative while v6 still works.
- Some features in this apps on some devices are located differently, which can be confusing at times.
Pros
- Another project management application that was quite successful. Thanks to the cloud implementation, the integration was seamless.
- I think the Best Outcome Team are also very responsive and useful and are always happy to deal with any requests, which also adds to my PM3 experience.
- Great product and easy to use and get your head around. The support team have been amazing and we will be using this tool to support our virtual PMO services.
Cons
- Copying and pasting into the tool can cause problems with formatting.
- However, Bestoutcome have built in a flag that tells the user that the plan is locked and who to. Despite training and reminders, some users forget to do this correctly.
- At a project plan level, the action log doesn't link to the millstone plan. The inherent risk scores are not included on the risk reports.
