Kanbanchi by Magic Web Solutions is a cloud-based project and task management solution. It caters to businesses of all sizes and works with G-Suite. It offers project collaboration, data management, time tracking and corporate branding within a suite.

Kanbanchi features kanban boards, where users can create custom cards related to project tasks and arrange them based on priority levels. Users can also add custom labels to the board, such as stages in the project workflow.

Kanbanchi allows users to share boards using their Google accounts. Users can also add checklists and assign cards to others. It also allows users to attach files to the cards via Google Drive.

Kanbanchi offers subscription pricing and is available in three different pricing packages based on the number of features needed.

It is indeed my Number 1

Pros

This is touted as the number one Kanban app for the G Suite! I love both Kanban and Google services... and so, logically this Kanbanchi has been an easy choice for me.

First, exports. I love the abiliy to export your data into a file format that can be easily used for analysis and reporting.

We use Kanbanchi mainly for organizing our tasks (per person/team/priority) for the office. Easy for all team members to access and we even have a big screen on the office to see real time movement of our tasks from created to doing to done.

Plus the look and feel of the app is great. Smooth as they say. Our rule is that for our tools to be easily adopted by the users/team, we need to make it simple, beautiful, and easy to use. Kanbanchi it is.

Cons

No cons so far, pretty much loving this software for our Project Management and Task monitoring use case.

It's Just Not There Yet

Pros

It works great for a small team and it's nice it is Google so everything works seemlessly together.

Cons

It didn't seem finished. There's not a lot of setting options and seems to still have some glitches. It works great for teams who don't have too many projects. I wish some keyboard shortcuts would work with it. We eneded up not using this product after the free trial was over. We didn't think it was worth the high cost for soemthing so minimal

Too many other tools out there with same functionality

I did not get a lot of value in this tool the only thing was nice is that it easily added into googledrive, very simplistic templat driven kanban board

It is easy to use and very simple

the biggest issue I have had with this is that there are many other kanban tools that are cheaper or free with same functionality maybe a little more setup but in end you get same thing

Kanbanchi is very simple to use

While I like the simplicity of using Kanbanchi, I think they are stepping on their own foot by not expanding into other platforms.

Kanbanchi, The best app to project management

I have a fulltime job, freelance projects and self-improvement projects, like learning new things, etc. With Kanbanchi I can organise my time, prioritise my tasks between this worlds and see the entire progress of my projects.

Pros

Is without doubts the best project management app. An amazing interface, with a lot of features without the need of insert plugins and, exists perfectly in GDrive environment. Kanbanchi is a must have to organise any kind of projects from small and solo to big projects with large teams.

Cons

The solo plan with chart Gantt is a bit expensive.
I'm a very organised person, and I like to scope my personal projects and plans on a timeline. I think a Gantt chart is a good reference to track the time spend, discipline and compromise. For example, I'm currently trying to lose weight: to reach my goals, I necessarily have to chunk this big goal in small ones (milestones), So, a Gantt as a reference is the best way to see my progress.
Summarizing, Gantt visualisation is not just for enterprise projects, could apply to another kind of projects.

Very versatile for G suite users.

Pros

It is free!! . I wanted a simple way to manage our simple group projects for those in the group that use Google products. We can easily upload attachments and it's synchronizable with google drive. I like its drag and drop features. Overall very easy to use.

Cons

I do not have much negative about the application. Maybe having a mobile app would be a good idea for development?

One place for all of those little to-do items (or bigger tasks!)

Pros

The integration with Gsuite makes it easy to attach anything stored in drive and put events to my calendar. I love the visual interface. It's so satisfying to drag tasks to the 'done' section! Also, the percentage done feature is great. It's like a mini project plan.

Cons

I wish there was a little more customization allowed with the integrations. I would like to be able to push notifications to my calendar for a customizable time each day, for example. I have to switch it to 7AM every time so it doesn't block off time on my calendar that people can't schedule with me. Also, I wish you could just add a link (we use box as well as drive) instead of having to attach a file via drive.

Pros

Easy to use, quick to set up for the entire company, easy to create and share boards. Checklists and due dates work well.

Cons

Most features are behind a paywall. It gives you options to do certain things but then prompts you to upgrade. It should just hide those options.

A great tool to track tasks and manage a project!

Allows me to manage people who are working on projects for me. Keeps me in the loop without having to constantly ask for updates or engage in email threads.

Pros

It is like using advanced sticky notes, but it doesn't clutter your desk and you can take it with you! Being able to visually move tasks around, edit them, color code them, etc makes this software awesome. It stands out from Trello in its ease of use with G Suite products.

Kanbanchi is fine, and accessible, but not exactly "usable" for the enterprise.

Minimal. Keeps us on track as a team, but doesn't really do much else useful.

Pros

Ease of working in the portal. Easy to create, move, work within cards. Minimalistic approach makes it easy for users.

Cons

Reporting is pretty lame. Plus, the new requirement of extra licensing to organize columns by priority was a jab to the user. Moving cards can be flaky. Disorganized Trello feel.
