Pros/Cons
Pros
- Thanks to its integration and customization capabilities, it also extends typical PSA solutions and makes it easy for PSA organizations to track their efforts and be more successful.
- Also easy to evaluate Vacation OFF timing of resource and it will help on OPEX cost estimations and tracking.overall user interface is good and easy to generate reports.easy to integrate with JIRA.
- I like the ease of use, seamless integration with most major platforms, flexibility and value proposition.
Cons
- Lack of integration to the project financials. We struggled with integrating the contract data into the project so we could track profitability real time.
- The very worst thing about it is the astronomically high price. For between 15 - 20 users we were paying over $20K/year.
- The customer service is AWFUL - long waits to talk to people who are reading from a script. Their online help forum, SuiteAnswers, is equally bad.
Pros
- Power users have the ability to create their own forms and add form fields to reports. Consultant is very responsive to requests and is delightful to work with.
- The statistics charts look really good and help to understand the status. Reporting through Gantt charts helps further understanding the statistics and make this system look good.
- PI has so many great tools and reports it is excellent to allow users to "deep dive" on their projects to help identify issues and tasks that may need improving.
Cons
- Once I submit my Time entry worksheet to my manager, it becomes really difficult to correct the mistakes in the submitted sheet.
- I had never deployed a Program Management Tool and this was a very aggressive schedule.
- The app is useless to us. We use it in a way that the app doesn't really apply.
