Ora is a cloud-based and on-premise task management solution, which helps small to large businesses create and organize projects. Key features include to-do list creation, automated actions, project time tracking, commenting, goal setting, notifications and reporting.
The solution allows employees to collaborate with team members through the Kanban board, arranging tasks and tracking the development of ongoing projects at every stage. Ora lets coordinators set timelines, categorize tasks into subtasks and assign them to members. Users can search and filter tasks by ID, title, label and milestone, and transfer/duplicate tasks from one project to another.

Intuitive Trello on steroids - powerful as Jira simple to use as Trello
Flawless, intuitive and the best value for money in the market. I've used to work with Jira and Trello in the past but our team was totally reborned after switching to Ora!
PROSThe design and UX are flawless while combining everything a software & product development team needs for a managing own projects and working with clients. What I love most about is the simple Time-Tracking (play/pause) and the detail reports that you can deliver to clients in minutes...
CONSThere's some functionality that I don't use but still can access from the board - the Agenda Scheduling & Time-line. It may be good for handling longer projects and resource manager but I personally don't need it.

The experiences, usability, features and the fact that my team members no longer bitch about tracking time on every task, subtask or chore.

ORA has been our final stop for Project Coordination
PROS
I love that our project coordinator can manage tasks and assign them to each of our designers, developers and creative staff. Each morning every employee has a task list and can individually track their time on each task, then create a report of how much time was spent on each project/task. I can't say enough good things about the software.
CONSThere are some little bugs, that I'm sure you're working out. I think creating the folders and having projects inside of them can be a little more intuitive, but other than that, there's not much to complain about. The interface does have a little learning curve, but we've utilized almost every feature that is available to us with ease.
Reasons for switching to Ora
We needed to have a daily view/schedule for each of our employees with time tracking so billable hours were accurate.

Your data is at risk!
Everything was good for me until they removed with any further notice my users and data got removed.
PROSOra is a beautiful PM tool, easy to use and really improving slowly but consistently every year.
CONSYour data is not safe there, I meant to have a paid account for 10 users, and suddenly 8 of them were removed from my account with zero warning or any previous notice. Ora is not a reliable platform, their billing system is messy and they really don't care to communicate with users if you need to upgrade or backup any information before they downgrade or simply delete your users.
Reason for choosing Ora
No, I stopped using Ora because their messaging features were lacking a channel for communication.

Another very happy customer
There's a lot to it and the more I explore the more I find that it can do. Customer service is exceptional, thank you. All this power and it is still affordable.
PROSEase of use. It can be used at a very entry-level until your needs and skills develop.
CONSI haven't found anything I don't like ATM.

Price alone. It needs to be affordable. ORA offered all the same features and looks easy to use.

Great project/life management software.
Happy with it, full of features and is highly customizable so I can make it work the way I need it.
PROSOra has most of the features we need, is simple to start using it and can get as complex as our project requirements. If we only need a basic kanban view, we can set that up without all the other stuff. If we need milestones, sprints, and all that stuff we can set that as well and only to the boards that require that. The feature I like the most is the "Agenda", can get a quick look everyday and I know what's next.
CONSWould be great if Ora had some more advanced automation (butler style), it does have some automation but not as advanced.
