  • Documentation and responsiveness from support. Customer service means everything to my clients, so another company that performs this way to keep me operational is excellent.
  • Great UI and user experience. Flexible, lots of options but not too many that's its overwhelming.
  • Cons

  • Communication between tasks and larger milestones can be difficult and less intuitive to follow, especially if the Milestone spans several months work.
  • If intervals allowed you to enter hours in start/stop time blocks, then I could skip the spreadsheet and have realtime feedback on my budget.
