Marketing emails, for example, often carry real value with documents written by product professional about different aspects of Product Management. I don’t feel like ProductPlan wastes my time—either in its software or in its marketing—and I’m extremely sensitive to such things. If you’re a Product Manager trying to make heads or tails of a product or set of products, and it’s important to be able to get buy-in quickly from your management, this is an excellent product for you. Stretching, I’d say that the method of weighting items to determine/drive value looks complex to use, but I’m only saying that because I haven’t sat down to do it yet. With this software it is possible to design personalized roadmaps, this not only facilitates the progress of the project for the team but also helps to better understand how the development of the project will be for customers and if you want to make a change it is possible to do it without having to start from scratch. But with this product you can do more than that, so having it at hand gives us the advantage of being able to work as a team, create a flow of work much more pleasant and even distribute the tasks or the development process of the projects, in this way a better focus and high productivity is achieved, since each member of the team focuses on some tasks, which leaves aside the work being heavy. I also like that it has an intuitive user interface, customizable and even very easy to use because it saves us time and avoids having to spend hours designing or planning for long hours.
