- The user interface is also very intuitive and easy to use. Redmine is also very well documented, with tutorials, guides, and sample projects available to help users get up and running quickly.
- Basically, you can add anything you can think of or simply just build it yourself if there's not a tool out there you like or want to pay for.
Cons
- The organization is very confusing and is hard to navigate. I've learned how to navigate it, but it's still a pain to find anything.
- End-user always complain me about the software is hard to use. For me, a tech, I fell it's OK.
Pros
- Free version fully equiped, super customer care, really nice brand identity.
- Zenkit is very affordable with a sleek interface that is very intuitive. There is excellent documentation for its many uses as well as video tutorials and blogs that are invaluable to new users.
Cons
- The App is pretty bad in usability and a real painpoint. The reminder block everything.
- Some lack of proper documentation which makes it difficult to understand at first.
