Taskworld is a project management software designed for companies of all sizes. It offers task management, project planning, collaboration and reporting. The product is available for deployment in the cloud and offers mobile applications for both iOS and Android devices.
Taskworld features visual task boards which allow users to create tasks, assign them to team members and track task progress. Users can also add checklists to the tasks and assign each subtask separately. The software features “task points” which allow users to rate the project tasks based on their complexity.
Taskworld allows users to group similar projects together and create timelines to track their status. The product also offers integration with calendar applications such as Google Calendar, OS X and Outlook, as well as email clients such as Gmail.
Pricing is per user per month. Support is available through an online user guide and via email.

- A variety of project tracking styles to suit your team's workflows. I like that you can track projects of different resolutions, from intra-team to inter-team collaborations
- Full-featured and includes team collaboration tools like live chat, but not as intrusive or overwhelming as Asana
- Mobile app is difficult to use and quite buggy
- No native integrations with payroll or budgeting apps
James from CHOICE FUTURE PLANNING
Visual Task boards provide a more fresh approach to task and project management compared to more traditional project planning tools- nice fresh design and felt very intuitive to use- Good in build communitcation tools
Some of the functionality felt a little bit un-needed i.e inbuilt emoji's - Time tracking tool could have been a little more detailed. Could be expensive for large teams

Taskworld has helped the workflow of my company in so many ways. You can even upload pictures to make tasks even easier.
There are different plans, and obviously the higher plans have better features. It is very basic compared to it's competitors.
The fact that you can build your OWN workflow as you want it and as better works for you is such a great feature. They got me with that one!
You will also have a specific an personal report to understand your performance as and individual and as a team member. Communication is also easy and to the point, no distractions in the way.
Be clear that Taskworld is not a pipeline for your sales force.
Some say it is too basic, but I don't see it as a con, but as a strength. Less is more. Think about it.
Elle from Chicago Public Media
Amazing tool that helps you prioritize and time projects. It is also a collaborative product that allows everyone on my team to work together to tackle tasks.
The price seems to be the biggest con. We haven't decide if our department is going to continue with the product yet.
Keith from Dental Practices Organization
Very flexible and intuitive to learn. If you have used visual task boards then this has a quick learning curve. The product has well integrated Android and IOS apps the have same look and feel as the web version.
I wish the task column names could be color coded.
While task can be color coded it is s slim stripe along the side, I would like to see the task be color colder or make the strip larger.
I wish the calendar view could be customized to say a single week, or month

Make your tasks interesting by adding colored stickers to them. I really like to plan quality projects and monitor all the successes and invest them in a sensible business decision. The interface is simple and clean, so it's not too distracting. The platform allows us to track problematic elements in our projects and helps to track the time spent performing this task, and encourages employees to be the first to do their job better. Working with this platform provides clarity of steam installations and allows everyone to achieve a common goal.
I would recommend a free version for one user exactly, when it comes to commands, make sure you have a workflow to take full advantage of the collaboration capabilities. There are problems with the mobile application, but not often.

It would be a great help for our Task management and Workflow Management.
The interface. All information are grouped in one place. It's organize and detailed. I also love the chat feature where you can directly message a member of the team. And a direct feedback to the employee for his/her accomplishments in the project assigned to him/her.
Would love to have more options for restriction of access rights especially when user must not be able to edit it's spent time (right now, it can be edited and done manually even the access rights is restricted). I hope to see also an automated workflows in order for the employee to work more efficient and productive. I also love to see if there are KPI reports and summary reports as per performance and more valuable reports to come in order to help a business review its employees performances. Also, I hope you would consider to add time tracking and time estimation not only the time spent so we could be able to analyze the performance of each employee who do the tasks. And hope to see more app integrations.

I have found out that this software has been very easy to use and the interface is clean and nice to figure out.
The price is my least favorite part about this is software. My small department doesnt feel like it is worth the price.

Taskworld is very easy to use. It has everything necessary for productive work. Taskworld is the software which really will give you the big opportunity how to resolve your problems which came to work. The platform will always monitor all your tasks or projects, filter them by status or time and store them in your personal centralized information space, from where you will have access history at any time.
Never had a problem with solving problems and manage my task. There's is only one thing that I want - put deadlines on to checklist items. I find that the inability to set deadlines for these small tasks makes me tenser and I worry about each case and I always check the time frame.
As per the title of my review TaskWorld is super user-friendly.
Easy to setup tasks
Project Groups are great
All projects are easy to identify and in one place
Notifications can be as much or as little as you want
Customer service is eager and responds quickly
You can assign multiple people the same task at the same time, so who checks it off?
Subtasks (checklists) do not show up in your to dos
If you check off the main task, all subtasks (checklists) are considered complete as well
No status of a project, besides general terms.
The overview shows graphs and charts that are useless and cannot default a view without them
No template options

Team collaboration and task management.
I like the unique roll up overview section that lets you see everything from a bird's eye view. It is also very useful to be able to customize tags and use them to categorize tasks.
It would be nice if you could customize which among multiple tags are viewable on a task label in the overview section.

best organization for my team
Is very complete, and interesting for my team. Canvas, tasks, timer... is very very powerful.
We work in graphic design, and it´s very important for us
-Sincronized with Google is fail. This must be important, The sub-task without timer, the mobile-app could be better,

First of all, that is reasonable to say that this tool exists to create collaboration in your team\company. In the modern work more and more people start working remotely, some of the companies actually exist remotely and all the employees it is just a bunch of people from different parts of the world. And that is why sometimes happens problems to synchronize their work, and in case of our company TaskWorld greatly helped us with that. Tasks-list looks very simple and understandable, easy to find everything that you need and check any important information of every task.
I think it would be great to see different types of access inside this system. I mean create some kind of hierarchy with different level of tasks with different priorities. It would help to divide all the assignments the better and more convenient way.

I like that I can easily share or upload any form of content: files, videos, documents, etc. Also, I like the chat function built into the system, it allows us to beam and cooperate faster with each other. You can filter tasks, effectively set appointments and many other functions that will make it much easier and more productive. With With this service we manage larger ongoing projects that have different duration and team members. Taskworld is also really reasonably priced compared to some of the other enterprise options.
The only thing that does not suit is the fact that you need to manually enter tasks, this is from time to time annoying. Integration with the google calendar would make it easier to work in the program.

The program is very simple, it is understandable in use, it has everything necessary for productive work. It's also enough to just contact the support team. Taskworld allows you to track the time that is spent on the task.
There are problems with the mobile application, but rarely. Also, it can be a bit pricey, especially if you have a large team.

I really like the flexibility and manage multiple boards in a single view. I also really like the ability to add high res image previews into the cards, which helped us with a lot of our design tasks. It so easy to share tasks with co-workers, especially on shared projects. Flexible organizational options such as grouping projects in folders, referencing the same task in multiple projects, and using a master template to create reproducible processes is really good. TaskWorld let me organize my items into tasks and projects, which made it much easier to see what I had to do and when.
So far, I have found nothing to dislike about the program. I have on several occasions sent them suggestions for additional features, which have been added a couple of months later. Also, I want to see an iOS version of Taskworld that work on the older versions then iOS10.
Christophe from Brochard Finance / Groupe XV
The possibility of choosing, for each project, between a tasks list and kaban cards, and the feature which include Gantt Graphique !
The notifications for a chat message in a project or in general are not visible enough, and we easily lose them.
Peter from NovoSlate
Ease of use with adding, assigning, and managing tasks/projects. We've used Teamwork Projects, Asana, and Trello - Taskworld has a good mixture of all of these and doesn't feel bloated with features - it just has the features we need to efficiently manage our projects.
There isn't much I don't like about the software, but these are the things I like least (if I have to pick). No options for branding, no task/project export, no options for exporting reports.
Sofie from CI
An efficient way to communicate with team members when working on a big project with lots of moving parts
I think some tasks there is not a need to enter into task world, it is largely useful for those who work together instead of people who work on their own
Martin from Xtrados
Simple team task management with duration-based tasks, trello boards and chat
Excellent customer service. They implemented a minor interface change quickly when I raised it as an issue.
No linking between tasks.
Minor niggle - when backing out of projects within project groups it takes me back to the All Projects view instead of back to the Project Group

Thank you for your kind words, Martin! We are delighted that you're having a great experience with Taskworld. :)
We recently introduced the task-dependency feature where you can link tasks within the project. Do give that a try and share your feedback with us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
