Taskworld is a project management software designed for companies of all sizes. It offers task management, project planning, collaboration and reporting. The product is available for deployment in the cloud and offers mobile applications for both iOS and Android devices.

Taskworld features visual task boards which allow users to create tasks, assign them to team members and track task progress. Users can also add checklists to the tasks and assign each subtask separately. The software features “task points” which allow users to rate the project tasks based on their complexity.

Taskworld allows users to group similar projects together and create timelines to track their status. The product also offers integration with calendar applications such as Google Calendar, OS X and Outlook, as well as email clients such as Gmail.

Pricing is per user per month. Support is available through an online user guide and via email.

With Taskworld, we share work schedule between research labs and support team. And schedule adjustment has been made according to the importance of the task. As a result, more efficient work has been carried out. Also, productivity improvements were achieved through personal schedule management. In addition, we can save time by managing team business while working outside. - We improved productivity by 130% through efficient task allocation through Taskworld.

Pros

1. Intuitive, convenient UI and UX than others.
2. Managing each person's business schedule for managing tasks
3. Time-related Timeline feature
4. Upload large file sizes
5. Excellent Korean Support

My favorite Taskworld feature is time record. This feature allows me to find the amount of average time when create content. And I can plan the expected time for the next task.

Cons

1. Please note that the checklist item will also allow you to specify the start date and finish date.
2. I wish could customize color to the board.
3. There are frequent errors. Recently there was a mistake in connection with the error. And sometimes, it slows down, causing inconvenience to the user.

Complete overview over my tasks and the tasks of my team.

Pros

Easy to use, No or just very few training is needed. Combination von cards and Gantt is very helpful.

Cons

- It should be possible to give the colours names of functions (e.g. appointment, milestone, deadline)
- the blocks in the gantt-Diagram should be coloured, not just the description
- Should be possible to give the procect-icons colours.
- I miss to connect the cards or projects with links to my filesystem (N:\projects\...)
- It should be possible to relate tasks to each other (Task 2 can start when Task1 is finished)

iPhone-App
- No possibility for offline-using
- no possibility to move cards
- no Gantt-View

I like feeling accomplished. I get excited when I feel like I'm being productive by taking on various tasks at the same time. The application has helped me organize my thoughts so far, and I'm even more excited to keep using it.

Note taking is simple
Creating tasks is very clean and neat
Connecting with other people is exceptionally smooth
Uploading files is fast
The product is clean and fun
The task bar on the left is simple, but allows you to take on various work items

Cons

The automated emails when I'm tagged in a project tend to be hard to understand. They contain large amounts of jargon that don't make sense at first glance. Once I slow down and re-read it a few times, I get the message. I feel this could be much simpler though.

A dashboard showing for ALL your projects what needs to be done, by whom, and by when.
Then you can filter the list of tasks by customer, by worker, by due date, etc.
Fantastic versatility.
Very reasonable pricing for a small business like mine.

Pros

1. Very intuitive user interface, learning curve was minimal.
2. TaskWorld ended the multiple communication channels guessing game (where is the task information : in email? WhatsApp? Trello? Slack?). - All info and files is contained in the actual project/task, and chats are relevant for the correct level (organization, project or task).
3. Users can add tasks as needed, and the project admin can adjust the timeline as necessary.

Cons

Connecting takes a while, even when I am on a fast Internet connection. Though once connected, all is good.

Being able to log in and see exactly what my teammates have worked on and what tasks are outstanding. It makes life much easier when it comes to managing the team and delegating tasks.

Cons

I'm pretty much sold! There are a few hiccups like not being able to delete comments which no longer apply to tasks, and sometimes you need to re-select the status of a task after editing the dates. It could be more flexible when it comes to due dates on tasks.

Pros

I like the ability to have checklists for each to do item. And the ability to be able to see those check lists on the the board.

Cons

The only thing I would maybe like to see is to have the task be able to be in multiple rows instead of one long row. Though this is not to distracting.

The web version is superb has many useful and well designed features, the ability to have the same task in multiple task lists/ projects is simply brilliant. The software is almost the "perfect" productivity tool but there are just a couple of things letting it down (see cons)

Cons

- Lack of functional dashboard instead of just a screen full of your different projects, it needs a choice of widgets to let the user decide the information they want an overview of
- There is no calendar function which, given the myriad of features offered, is surprising, a calendar would really add to this particular tool.
- The android app is horrendous, it is so slow. It also does not provide widgets, an offline mode or instant exit feature ( takes 7 or 8 attempts to close the programme)

Makes managing user test planning much easier

Pros

The Ui is clean and they listen to feedback from users. It is much better than competing software such as Trello

Cons

The only con is that it would be nice if you were able to have a bit more custom styling available for the cards (different heights, even more colours etc) as sometimes I feel they take up too much room

Cons

- **You should be able to select all day events for task start/end dates. It clutters up your calendar and makes you choose a specific time.

- ***It would be nice to have the option of choosing what the first page we see is when we log in.

- slow mobile apps without the ability to drag and drop tasks
- difficult to submit feature requests (except for here)
- received an email asking about my experience and was told that a ticket had been created to help me.......nobody has even contacted me since

Keeping track of tasks in multiple projects are much easier, managing the time and deadlines for tasks is better and improves performance

Pros

It's very easy to use and get to learn the platform. I like the overview page where you can see the status of all task with a graphical presentation of the tasks that's overdue or pending

Cons

Sometimes the loading speed of the site can be a bit slow and sometimes stops responding for a short time, but it's manageable

Really helped me and my team keep track of all our projects and made communication much easier and efficient than email and spreadsheets.

Pros

It has all the options that I was looking for. I demoed some other well known and expensive platforms but they all had one or two things that I was going to have to settle for. This platform had them all.

Cons

The only con so far and it is not a big deal to me is that you can't currently invite external people into a project without them being a member. Since this is used for our internal work force not a biggie but if you need that function it isn't here yet.

Pros

Super fast customer service, very responsive to customer's request, suggestions or complaints, very easy to use and learn tons of options, very easy to follow up on a big amount of projects. I am really a big fan of this task manager.

Cons

At the beginning the price was a little high, so I considered changing to another task manager, but I couldn't find any that was a s versatile and as complete as Taskworld, so I decided to stay and then they updated plans to more friendly and affordable options, so I very happy now

Staying on track with projects.

Pros

I like the flexibility. It allows you to make lists any way that you want and I like the due date feature.

Cons

There a few things that I would like to see added to this software:
1) Reminders of due dates, I would like to be able to set a reminder whenever you need it.
2) In the Overview section I would like to see Tasks with Start Dates appear in the appropriate day.
3) For overall projects, I would like to be able to set Task due dates automatically. For example, if a task is due 9/1/17 but that task is dependent on another task to happen 2 weeks prior, it would be ideal to auto-populate the due date for the previous task.
4) In the To-Do lists, I would like to be able to set due dates for each line item.

Have a good design and an intuitive interface.
The timeline tab that can see process well.
A chat system that exists in each project.
The iOS and Android Applications. We can see anytime, anywhere we want.

- Applications : There's no Timeline , Analysis and File tabs in smart phone application. It is necessary for executives to approach easily. They can see progress situation easily using the Taskworld.
- Timeline : Timeline seems to be analogous to Gantt, but there is a slight lack of function than Gantt. There's no zoom in out feature that can be viewed as a whole. Also, I wish Timeline would have additional function change start and end date.
- I hope Taskworld PC program is developed.
- I am slightly confused about how to use between 'Done' section in Kanban style and checking system. They are same functions that check completion.

My first project management system was Trello because of a recommendation from our VP of Technology. However, at the time, Trello really fell short with its ability to send me proactive alerts and deadline notifications. Taskworld is a real blessing! Not only does Taskworld have flexible deadline options, I can also subscribe to my Taskworld calendar using my company's email system. If that wasn't enough, I get a daily "Morning Digest" that shows me the tasks that are overdue, or due today.

The overview and timeline view really give me the big picture so I can track all my department's projects and tasks in one place.

The team at Taskworld is extremely responsive and open to new ideas.

I have nothing but good things to say about Taskworld. In fact, I now can't imagine managing my schedule without it!

Very easy to use and intuitive, i found it to be extremely pleasing to the eye visually - there are great options to customize the projects and tasks with colours and tags. It encourages collaboration within multiple teams. Excellent customer support - Mark took the time to answer all my questions - he was very fast and friendly. After researching and using various PM tools, I highly recommend Task World.

Cons

The one feature it does not have yet, which would have been helpful for the purposes of my team, is the ability to see how much time team members have available in a particular day or week given the amount of tasks they are working on.
