It’s incredibly easy to use, yet it makes me look like a rock star to my clients. Building a full board package takes seconds. ARC applications, violations, and delinquencies are effortless to process. And when I have a question, I can call and an actual person answers the phone and helps me. If I need something specific, all I have to do is ask—they consistently go above and beyond to make it happen. The pricing is extremely reasonable for the level of service and capability they deliver. #### Cons I honestly don’t have any complaints. The learning curve was quick, and the reports and financials are incredibly easy to pull. If I ever have a question, I can speak to a real person right away. We are able to track so many different types of activities, and access so much information all from one great system, and it integrates with a Portal for the Association Members too. Someone can log a call from the office and someone can add a note on the account from onsite and the information is stored where the account manager can access easily without duplicating efforts.
