The Dashboard is user friendly, and provides a great overview of all the things I need in order to manage my property.

When an operation fails to perform, it simply prompt an error message.

There is no app, that is my only complaint. We operate our real estate investment/property management business primarily by phone.

It is easy to use once it is set up the maintance department is superb and they are constantly taking care of the tenants.

I have 7 doors in 2 states, one door with Hemlane and 6 with a private management company. Considering what a management company does and charges, Hemlane is a steal.

There isnt a mobile app yet. Interaction in the financials page is a bit difficult to make changes to late fees.

I am not using all the features yet, but I particularly like the ability to market properties from the software. It compared well in terms of cost - benefit to other products on the market.

I love working with the Customer Support and his attention to my issues.

Now I can finally fire my expensive property manager.

He answers all my questions in a timely manner and is confident which makes me feel good. Makes me feel like I am in good hands.

I have had the best customer service to help me set up/walk me through the process. I have never felt like I am having to just figure it out.

Some of the financial stuff was hard to figure out and can still be difficult. Reconciling the hemlane payments to the bank and into QuickBooks gets hard sometimes.

I think it signs the user out too quickly, however I do understand that this is to prevent others from tampering with an account and blaming me.

I have used Sitelink for 14 years and I am completely satisfied with the software. The tech support is superb and I have never had an issue with the program that could not be resolved.

Its super easy to learn and use and it offers a lot of different functions. I like the full software a ton more than the web edition although the web edition is good for on the go.

The customer service is great and they are quickly available when called upon. Overall, I have to say that SiteLink is amazing.

The market place helps so much with knowing what the best integrations/systems to use  for things like online auctions (storageauctions.com) and tenant insurance (storsmart).

But guaranteed i would not wish my user experience with Sitelink on my worst enemy.

I also like that a CRM is included. We wanted a CRM that was more than just a CRM and this one will trigger emails and follow ups at the right time, which allows us to focus on other things.

Strong functionality with great reporting. Overall great value based on the cost of the software, especially for smaller self storage operators.

I am user of multiple Storable solutions - Sitelink, merchant services, StorEdge, Sparefoot. Which makes this whole lack of good communications much worse.

Easy to use, and OUTSTANDING customer support, and especially the price makes it very appealing.

Overall, I would recommend SiteLink to any facility operator.

Sitelink helps you easily and effectively run your facility. And monitor at any point in time what you need to do to keep improving.

WebSelfStorage is a mess (currently) and SiteLink is just as difficult. If you had to choose your poison, there's a lot more potential with WebSelfStorage and you'd be better off going with them.
