We had a bespoke website for our Homeowner's Association, and they were raising the price. We researched Homeowner Association-specific software, and was delighted to find HOAStart.

HOA Start has their own modern, mobile friendly website builder. Other competitors in the industry were expecting us to use Weebly or Wordpress as an afterthought, and there’s no integration.

Admittedly, it may be user error but haven't been able to figure this one out.

It's easy to use, administer and change. Also, it's newer than most of it's competitors out there.

The household data import/upload has been a little complex, but the big one for use was the inability to delete it (as an admin) and start over.

The implementation coordination was excellent. SENSITIVE CONTENT], our coordinator, was able to quickly identify our needs and help guide us through implementation.

As our HOA administrator, I was really surprised how easy it was to get our website configured and 'live' so quickly. I was able to use our existing domain name which was a plus too.

We were forced to leave our previous host company due to a change in their business strategy.

It's an easy to use program with a nice website, great customer service.

I have had a software problem for over a month. I can't move tenants in or out and can't edit leases without my browser locking up.

The tenant portals failed to link up with the software. You can't add any other income categories other than rent received and late fees.

I really liked this software and it was a close second to Rentec Direct.

I was once told that I had to pay for your bookkeeper to find an error I made...luckily I was able to find the problem and fix.

This and the massive price increase for next year has made me decide to switch software providers for 2020.

The fees they charge for online rent payments is ridiculously high for the price of the software we already pay for. Their turn around for releasing payment to us is ridiculous.
