Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It has all we need. Support is very responsive and always helpful.

  • The interface was pretty user friendly and it saved me time on responding to inquiries. Connected to many listing channels but some of them were more integrated than others.

  • Cons

  • I wish there was a Wix version of the program. The embed option does not quite cut it.

  • I wish it was not extra money to have the emails we send through the software coming from us, rather than "lodgix.com".

  • Pros

  • Easy of use, simplicity, clean designs and superb customer service make StorEdge simply the best. Support is always quick, responsive and knowledgeable. Absolutely love working with them.

  • Very user friendly and visually appealing. The gate software is also very helpful. Love how it corresponds an incoming number to a customer.

  • Cons

  • There are a few specific things that I would prefer to be more tailored to our specific locations, but overall we love the software!

  • There are a few features that could stand some clarification. The move out process before rent is due and then it charges rent regardless could use some work.
