  • Pros

  • Very impressed with the ease of dealing with the software. I had minimal training due to extenuating but within 3 months I feel that I am fully conversant with its ability.
  • Service prompts and capturing data to keep inline with warranties. Customer support team is brilliant and very prompt.
  • Cons

  • Perching is old history is very very difficult.
