My most favourite thing about Property Me is the setup of the folios and the ease of use. If money needs to be transferred from one folio to another it's simple.

Migration and set up were very difficult from REST, there is a lot of leg work and all of the training is around set up not ongoing use.

No categories in tasks/templates such as leases, vacates, inspections.

Some of our owners and tenants have trouble logging in. I find this area a little confusing.

I struggle with the entry condition reports as sometimes the software crashes and I lose all of the data.

I joined the Facebook groups early on and everyone on there is also so helpful. I love the ease of paying bills and end of month (EOM is sooooo easy compared to other programs I have used).

On the app I can also gather all my tenant and landlord information at the click of a button which is fantastic, I have all the details with me, no matter where I go.

The phone app is fantastic, I can complete my routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing reports with ease.

The propertyme online software is easy to use and helps me with my daily functions as a property manager.

CCC does a good job of keeping the announcements organized, and is a good space for community forums and accomodating bookings.

I am happy with how things work when creating and posting the announcement.

It is very easy to use and find things as most of the things are self explanatory on this software. Several automations makes it easy to find and undo things.

CCC is a big improvement over emails for recordkeeping because it allows access to the entire board and keeps track of outstanding issues.

The library function is very limited re size of documents permitted and the organization of documents.

It's unclear how open CCC is to various languages. It's also difficult to gather the older generation online, those who would rather read announcements or find communication through pinboards.

They did deliver on what the offered, and it didn't cost the board a ton of money. But I think the best thing is if there is a feature that our board needs they make it and add it for us.

It is very easy to use and display of the software is great.

The most important point for me and, I would like to highlight is the support and the excellent service of the Condo Control team always gives to us.

Condo Control Central is a property management solution that provides an online communication and management platform for condos. It offers an online discussion forum, amenity booking, concierge management and more.


An online file library lets residents store documents such as by-laws, homeowners association meeting minutes and financial statements. Property managers can build a public website for their condominium that allows them to poll residents, publish event calendars and share community details with residents.
