Pros/Cons

Pros
Very easy to learn and use and it has places to store all of the information required for quick reference anywhere and at any time.
Very easy to use, cloud based so accessible anywhere anytime, visually pleasing and covers everything that I need to manage my portfolio!

Cons
Some of the contact handling is not 100% intuitive, particularly for less frequent users. But this is a minor quibble that just needs a little more familiarity.
It can take time to hear back regarding issues with bugs in the system. This has been challenging when we are undertaking time sensitive tasks.

Amazing customer support and training. Most of the features you can think of are already implemented.
We love the overall Family Team like our business is built! Accounting Guest and Housekeeping App Intergrations

Cons
Like any software--there is a learning curve. But the support staff provides great training and are very responsive.
Due to the complexity of our onboarding (8,000 properties and 100,000+ photographs), the onboarding process didn't go smoothly and was delayed - but once we were up and running, things work very well.
