  • Pros

  • Released is very user friendly and easy to use and has some great features. Easy to save and access important documents.
  • How easy it is use, the interface is simple but effective. The constant improvements from listening to client feedback is much appreciated and has improved our working life’s dramatically.
  • It's very friendly and fast, so far I haven't encountered any issue since it's very easy to save the data. At the moment everything has been very helpful since it reminds me tasks that I need to do.
  • Cons

  • Limited ways to learn the software, we had our knowledge passed down form staff member to staff member, with knowledge being lost as staff left.
  • Terminology can be confusing to the individual users. Not a lot of support for building maintenance.
  • No access to software from my smartphone or pad.

  • This product has made our daily work flow very easy. Its been great reorganing all of your files and using the awesome report function.
  • Customer service has also been excellent. Support reps are dedicated to helping resolve issues and follow up is great.
  • It is such a large package that it has everything you need to manage rental properties. Having a Canadian module is a great help too.
  • Cons

  • Inability to delete guest cards that are duplicates or errors.
  • It could be confusing when there are pages of invoices in the software to process, which have or have not been processed already.
  • It's infuriating that residents are handled differently just because one was entered into the system first and is considered to be the "primary" resident, even when both folks are on the lease.
