I find it's easy to train new team members due to the simplification of the user interface! The user interface is easy for people to catch on to, even those who may not be as comfortable with learning new software. Reports are easy to find and I love being able to pull them as Excel spreadsheets so I can tailor them to my liking. Cons: Customer service could be strong. While the support team can be helpful, often times I find that immediate needs cannot be met, which can hold up our processes.
