Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Fairly Easy to Use, Excellent Webinars, Customer Support/Service is Always Patient and Helpful!

  • Customer support. The ease of the program after you get the hang of it and know where to find everything.

  • Cons

  • The price is a bit high for the software but overall it is a good program for any one looking for the basic accounting needs

  • Sometimes it goes slow and freezes. Hard to get someone in the phone for assistant. Need automatic updates

  • Pros

  • Easy of use, simplicity, clean designs and superb customer service make StorEdge simply the best. Support is always quick, responsive and knowledgeable. Absolutely love working with them.

  • Very user friendly and visually appealing. The gate software is also very helpful. Love how it corresponds an incoming number to a customer.

  • Cons

  • There are a few specific things that I would prefer to be more tailored to our specific locations, but overall we love the software!

  • There are a few features that could stand some clarification. The move out process before rent is due and then it charges rent regardless could use some work.
