The product is beautiful and has a VERY modern feel — especially in comparison to everything else in the storage industry.

Very positive experience and not frustrating to work with. Basically sat down and in a couple of days could move pretty smoothly thru the software.

Installation and training were very good. Again, Technical both for the Management Software and Website have been outstanding.

It has great automated reminders for not only the user but the customer as well. It has had recent improvements that allow for a seamless transition in moving and transferring tenants.

My only complaint at the moment is that WordPress has not been integrated yet.

If a move out is done by mistake, there is no way to reverse it and you have to have the customer come back and redo all the paperwork.

Great integrated capabilities:  Price management, pay on line,  mail house and excellent document management. It is extremely simple to manage the day to day operations and the reports are excellent.

Their word processing function is difficult to use and requires the use of third party software to format which itself is challenging and produces poor results.
