Allowing tenants to pay through the portal which will auto apply the payment to a tenant's ledger has saved a lot of time with monthly bookkeeping. #### Cons TenantCloud does not support the full financial reporting aspect of running a rental business. It's great for tracking P&L but has no balance sheet meaning I still need to use Quickbooks.
