Webself storage is a great site for self storage facilities. I have the pleasure of working with my rep she has been so much help.

I don't require a great deal of interaction between the provider but occasionally need some help. WebSelfStorage, is always been there when we needed help.

The say they integrate with several 3rd parties but it is not true integration, manual processes must come into play in all APIs. Terrible software that needs to be scrapped and built correctly.

We have found that the support to be great and very helpful. Overall our experience has been a good one.

WSS 2.7 is only serving to hinder our business and lose us money.

This software has enormous content and it's ease of use is refreshing.

The reports are fantastic to let you know who did what, the management reports of what your rents and sales have been.

Currently, I am frustrated with how quickly the ledger updates with reversals, and how it reports/ Displays itself.

Rich feature set, easy to use user interface, retail integration and inventory,  credit card processing is very cost competitive.

No answer to phone calls, their web contact form is broken and errors out, so you're just out of luck. DO NOT RELY ON THIS SOFTWARE FOR YOUR BUSINESS.

It is nice not to have to email myself a photo, create a folder on my computer to document important things like this. Also, Check out the Call center.

Like the ability to call someone or online chat with them to help me with issues when they arise and they are always very helpful.

It's nice to be able to save the payment type: that makes processing payments easier for us and less time consuming for our client. Auto pay is great - I wish every client would utilize that option.

Charges for reservations and computer not opening when website is having problems.

For the last 8 years it has been one of the worst experiences with a software provider I have ever had in my 45 years of business.

Integration was a little difficult and time consuming especially the conversion process itself. We had tomake many changes once the conversion took place.

Excellent, simple and easy. Great support staff, well trained and well lead.

Do yourself a favor, and avoid my frustration with them. Outside of the down times, there's bugs and issues with the system.

Overall business has improved greatly. The integration of the tenant insurance and reporting for multiple facilities are our most favorite features.

They call this an upgrade, however it does not work correctly and the previous program was a poorly functioning program but this is worse by far.

I loved the free tech support for the first 120 days.

I think this software was designed to make it as difficult and unpredictable as possible.

We lost all cc info on files, the invoices are so messed up tenants are called daily to find out why they are in auction status when they just paid.

While I understand there are glitches with new software programs, these glitches are ridiculous.

WSS rewrite, upgrade, or whatever they will call it next, is the worst software, with the worst customer service that I have ever come across throughout the years.

Everything - I'm canceling after 8 years. Update is a nightmare - they just tried to take out of our account from February - terrible customer service.

It helped us get set up and fully integrate the software for payment processing. The integration of the tenant insurance was helpful too.

I admit it is a very complicated program, designed to cover all options, but this complexity makes it frustrating for me with a small self storage facility.

I have had a software problem for over a month. I can't move tenants in or out and can't edit leases without my browser locking up.

The tenant portals failed to link up with the software. You can't add any other income categories other than rent received and late fees.

I really liked this software and it was a close second to Rentec Direct.

I was once told that I had to pay for your bookkeeper to find an error I made...luckily I was able to find the problem and fix.

This and the massive price increase for next year has made me decide to switch software providers for 2020.

The fees they charge for online rent payments is ridiculously high for the price of the software we already pay for. Their turn around for releasing payment to us is ridiculous.

The time frame for online payments, to your company or owner, is at least 5 days and if there is a mistake, you can add an additional 5 days to your process.

I switched to Buildium and have been very happy with their product and system.

I chose Rentec Direct because of the maintenance capability, rent paying and marketing aspects that was a good fit for our portfolio.
