I love being able to market on a large platform such as Zillow, we are able to collect inquires/ showings/leads through Zillow.

I have that app downloaded on my phone right now. Listen I want to move in Arkansas so I’m preparing for it and Zillow is the best app.

This app is ideal for home searches, you are able to filter your search by zip code, bedrooms, price and many other anemeties.

The benefit to Zillow is reaching out to a HUGE source of people/clients that know Zillow to be a trusted household name.

Very easy to read, simple to use, intuitive search, and my absolute favorite: being able to draw a circle around a map to find homes in a specific area.

Since it doesn’t show you which places you’ve looked at, you have no idea where you should pick back up to continue looking.

Also provides scam warnings on suspicious listings.

Overall it's been great as a first time landlord / property coordinator. It's very easy to use, straightforward and has all the feature and functions I need to rent out my units.

It's an easy to use program with a nice website, great customer service.

I have had a software problem for over a month. I can't move tenants in or out and can't edit leases without my browser locking up.

The tenant portals failed to link up with the software. You can't add any other income categories other than rent received and late fees.

I really liked this software and it was a close second to Rentec Direct.

I was once told that I had to pay for your bookkeeper to find an error I made...luckily I was able to find the problem and fix.

This and the massive price increase for next year has made me decide to switch software providers for 2020.

The fees they charge for online rent payments is ridiculously high for the price of the software we already pay for. Their turn around for releasing payment to us is ridiculous.

The time frame for online payments, to your company or owner, is at least 5 days and if there is a mistake, you can add an additional 5 days to your process.

I chose Rentec Direct because of the maintenance capability, rent paying and marketing aspects that was a good fit for our portfolio.
