Pros
- Don't wait-- it's a great platform and their willingness to help with simple customizations makes the platform a perfect fit for just about any loyalty / referral program you might want to create.
- The tool seems easy once you set up and has some great features and functionality that makes the cost a really good bang for your buck. BUT what I LOVE the most is their amazing customer support.
- The monitoring on it is awesome so it's simple to track what's working and adjust as needed. I'm so glad we discovered this software.
Cons
- I am livid as I've already paid for the first month, and am anxious to get things set up. But without a customer service department available to support me, this software is useless.
- Just know that you need to pay the onboarding fee to get this up and running in a reasonable amount of time. I will now be going with another provider for our referral system.
- User Experience for setting up a campaign is difficult.
Pros
- I like the software because it is user friendly and it helped me a lot. It helps me to look for a job when I need it and keep track of various work opportunities.
- Our hiring managers and Recruiting Team love using Jobvite because it saves time and money. We have been very pleased with all the features and the company's customer service is outstanding.
- It is a great way to create a electronic trail of contacts and information that go out to applicants. It has been very a great tool to help us increase our applicant satisfaction.
Cons
- It only took me a few extra clicks to figure it out, but this is a warning.
- Additionally, the implementation model is a challenge, as there is no single person accountable to keeping the project on track.
- One thing that can be frustrating is the number of clicks needed to view a full application, in terms of seeing the application information and the full resume in one readable page or document.
