  • Pros

  • I like most that it's fairly straightforward and pretty easy to set up. The support team is also great.
  • The cost is very affordable and the customer service is great. The back end area of the site is easy to navigate and visually pleasing.
  • Cons

  • The SOMETIMES delayed response from customer service can be frustrating.
  • The user interface is actually confusing at first.

  • Talkable referral program drives qualitative traffic. Since it’s a recommendation rather than a pushy targeting ad, people are already interested in the product.
  • Cons

  • Overall the software ticked all the boxes. At this current time, there is nothing more that could be added.
  • It is difficult to isolate and exclude users who knew us before they were referred.
