Playbook software helps us run and market our youth subscriptions, classes, aau teams, camps, and special events. Its a very simple system to learn to use and it has a lot of great features.

Pretty horrible if you have to explain an audience of 1000+ people that the app was down for >1.5 hours mid-conference.

The simplicity and the developmental complexity secured the underlying operation of the conference with confidence that worked every time.

My only complaint was that there were way to many notifications. I couldn't keep up with all the groups, chats meetings... whew! should be able to filter that.

Event maps were another plus. Whova is priced well in some ways you're only paying for what you're using which is awesome.

This app was very easy to use and has a lot of great features. It was helpful connecting with others at the event because part of the event was virtual and not all attendees were present.

All attendees were able to communicate like issues with current software usage, likes, dislikes, schedule meetups, give tips, and just share fun things about each other within the community.

Whova technical support was asking for screen shots to trouble shoot the issue. I ended up refunding over 50% of gross receipts to dissatisfied customers.

Nice that I can go back and watch again or the other segments that I did not attend for 6 months. This was a great pick on software.
