  • Pros

  • I was particularly impressed with the ease of exporting registration lists, modifying registrations (refunds for specific amounts - fabulous), and setting up the registration form to my preferences.
  • I used this software for a large scale expo with my company and everything went amazing. The software is so easy to use and the staff is beyond helpful and supportive.
  • RegFox has been a great switch for us and I love the way we can make attractive events with less fees to registrants. They continue to add new features and are very easy to reach for support.
  • Cons

  • Finding something to put here is pretty difficult. A very small negative was that when trying to find something very specific I wanted to do, but had a little trouble locating.
  • This could be a fairly large negative for organizations that have large income events as a larger portion will go to the software.
  • The set up of my campaign was extremely difficult and user experience unfriendly.

  • Pros

  • The tracking and having a leader board I think was fun for most people, especially those who were on virtually. Liked having a hybrid approach, best of both worlds.
  • It is a great solution for a clean, user-friendly registration system and app, that is still friendly to budgets. The app specifially is very easy to set up and use and has great engagement tools.
  • I really enjoyed using Whova, it was user-friendly and easy on the eyes. It was my first time using the app and I was able to figure it out in minutes and enjoy the fun.
  • Cons

  • Whova technical support was asking for screen shots to trouble shoot the issue. I ended up refunding over 50% of gross receipts to dissatisfied customers.
  • The one comment I have it removing the new notifications on the home screen. I hate having them there and could not get rid of them even going through every single article multiple times.
  • Pretty horrible if you have to explain an audience of 1000+ people that the app was down for >1.5 hours mid-conference.
