  • Pros

  • We love the screen sharing feature as well as how you can group the users into different sites. Also love the chat rooms to send out messages company wide.
  • It consistently is upgraded with better features and abilities at no extra cost. You can contact support and they will fix any feasible issue that you have in a short time.
  • Cons

  • There is not much that I can complain about with Brosix. I occasionally with have to restart it if the application is not functioning properly.
  • With groups, not sure how to remove an agent when they are no longer with the agency or with that specific department.

  • The integrated presentation mode has been a huge asset for customer training.
  • I liked the ease it gave to my job. The ability to screen share made customer experience very easy the software is extremely helpful.
  • Cons

  • The only negative is when you have a lag in internet it fails but that would not be a problem with the software as much as a general issue.
  • Sometimes when connectivity problems arise than very hard to get it done in time. On that time you are tired.
