  • Pros

  • We love the screen sharing feature as well as how you can group the users into different sites. Also love the chat rooms to send out messages company wide.
  • It consistently is upgraded with better features and abilities at no extra cost. You can contact support and they will fix any feasible issue that you have in a short time.
  • Cons

  • There is not much that I can complain about with Brosix. I occasionally with have to restart it if the application is not functioning properly.
  • With groups, not sure how to remove an agent when they are no longer with the agency or with that specific department.

  • I like integration Dameware with Active Directory, functionality and simplicity.
  • Connecting to a computer for remote support without needing interaction from the end user is the best part of Dameware.
  • Cons

  • There are times that it can be sluggish, or through random errors out when installing the service for the first time, but most of the time that has to do with the computer and not the software.
  • My authentication methods for access to my computers is my business. This is very dictatorial and heavy-handed, and it makes no sense.
