Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It works quickly and has great features. The screen shots are easy to do and being able to check windows logs from the back end is a great feature.

  • I like the ease of use and the quality of the product.

  • Cons

  • Even though the software is a great value for the price, it can be a bit steep for a smaller company and hard to justify.

  • I feel that the product is great, but it could use better training tools for first time users. Such as video tutorials and guides that are readily available from the application itself.

  • Pros

  • Super easy to communicate with my team and complete tasks.

  • We have used Wrike for a while now and it has been great for us!

  • Cons

  • I really loved this program, however sometimes the login session becomes slow and there are some synchronization details.

  • The software can be glitchy at times, but the customer service that Wrike provided was always spot on and they helped resolve issues quickly.
