I like the ease of use and the different reports offered. They also have a lot of tools that come with the software, from POS to customer loyalty.

Completely ignore me and don't solve the problem. I had to follow up with emails asking them where we were at with fixing the issue and no response.

Overall it works great with ADP interface for timekeeping.

Go with a competitor like Toast, Clover, or Square if you don't want to lose money. We are a 27-year old, 2nd generation family operated small business.

This system is very difficult to use for back office input. There is no accounting software that it links easily to.

They do not return phone calls or emails, routinely overcharge my account, deduct money without warning for chargebacks that I have no knowledge of or have received no paperwork regarding.

It was clunky and hard to integrate with our business that was expanding. When we incorporated more online orders/catering software this program wasn't keeping up to our standards.

When downloaded new version, lost most of old stuff.

Setting up the system was a horrible experience. There were no less than 3 trained technicians working on the install, yet it took 4 painful weeks to finally get it working the way it should.

Limited additional software upgrades. Lack of reporting options/ We use secondary program to generate reports (CTUIT).

It is in my opinion after working with others the best on the market. It sometimes has issues but most people in the customer service department fix them promptly.

Different functions available at different places I've worked at. If there is ever a power outage there is no built in backup battery or access to the open checks.

Once you understood the setup and features it was easy to use and train staff on. It was also nice you could create multiple gift cards at once.

Great system for a work horse. Make sure it has all the features you are looking for.

Contacting the customer support, they don't have an attitude, neither do they have a clue or solution to the problem. They say no one else is having THAT problem, but I doubt it.

And when we do the customer service is helpful and responsive. Occasionally it is hard to figure out without adding on additional packages but it is a good POS.

Overall this product works very well, and is very easy to figure out if you sit and learn for a bit. There are many integrated functions that allow us to do many things within the system.

Aloha is amazing if you know how to work it. You can run everything through it, reports, inventory, sales.

And now that we ask for our contract to be broken, they chain us to it.

Customer Service, their management, and the lack there-of.

They software and equipment often shut downs or fails in the middle of a show. Which means we miss out on sales.

Never stays online, system goes down all the time  terrible. No one wants to properly fix it  they want to pass it on via email and leave you with no system.

The amount of modifiers per entree items help with being intuitive and helps with server training as well.

Unstable, we had so many issues with the product going down at least every other week and the support is so difficult that it literally would take hours to get it back up.

Very happy with the daily operation it provides. We love the rewards program and the gift card features (for additional monthly fee) it has.

I love that it integrates with online ordering. It is user-friendly and the reports are in real time.

There are frequent updates which can be confusing. Wording/names of buttons will change with no warning.

The interface of the software is so good and attractive. It enables an easy payment processing and it helps in creating online stores easily without diffuclties.

Its ability to allow multiple people to log in such as employees or other people allowed to make sales with such ease is wonderful.

The support was responsive and the number of plugins is pretty outstanding for a platform this sized.

Shopify is hard to get a grasp on and you often do not know there is a problem with your marketplace until money is lost on the issue.

Greatest benefit is the Growth of the options offered and Shopify helps the user-business owner of the site use awesome marketing tools and apps.

Shopify is really fantastic. At first I was put off by the cost but the ease of use and customer service is excellent.

The adult novelty shop was killed when the credit processing was pulled leaving our client dead in the water.

It has great designs and functionality which allow you to have a great looking website for a fraction of the cost.

The shipping is great on here. I really enjoy how easy it is to ship items and also as a buyer its great too.

The looks and styles you can choose for your site are stunning. I also love how easy it to use, so you don't have to be a tech wizard to make a site/business on Shopify.

This is a great ecommerce CMS and has great integrations to help any small business. Tip: The forums are actually very useful.

Shopify offers the best eCommerce solution with good competitive pricing. It is a safe and trusted bet for emerging businesses.

But on the admin level, it does show it's connected and we don't know why it has that difference. So the user option is limited and has misinformation.

The ability to track sales, and collect funds virtually anyway possible is great. Their customer service and care is way better than most companies.

Actually there are no many disadvantages or problems with Shopify. Premium subscription is a little costly.

The online guides are helpful, and the system is amazing. They take care of payments, orders, and marketing.

It has a good degree of flexibility to allow you to customize your front end - but the main plusses are the ease of creating an inventory and the eCommerce integration.

Customer service is great and super friendly. They are available during odd-hours, which gives us store owners more confidence.

Overall I enjoy the ease of use with Shopify and my customers are happy with their shopping experience.

I liked that it was very easy to use, lots of tutorials and guidance on how to use it to the best of your ability.

Shopify has been really good to me. the customer service is good and it's fast and easy for my customers to use to buy off my website.

Everything about this platform is fantastic. The service, the data, the ease of use, the mobile app and the integrations.

Overall, we have had nothing but positive experiences with Shopify. I think that it is a great program, and is mostly user friendly for those who are not super tech-savvy.

The only complaint I have is that  I have to pay 30 bucks or more a month to use it depending on the package.

It can be hard sometimes to make changes on a design end, you can be blocked in by templates which can be frustrating especially changing between mobile and desktop.

The small budget to start , and the tools that helps you to get more sales in your store. And the amazing templates that were really professional and helpful for my costumers.

Shopify is one of the best, if not the best, online store builder. It is so easy to use, have great analytics and the set up team is awesome.

Integration with CRMs can be a hit or miss. Integrating with Agile CRM over the years has been getting worse with some clients just giving up.
