I found Grubhub to be the best alternative to uber eats. The prices are all reasonable and also you get perks very often.

I also love that there is a numerous amount of restaurants and food options to choose from. The customer service is always phenomenal, and I haven’t had any problems with this app.

I think this is especially bad for local places that aren’t chains. The restaurants don’t even know about this either because I’ve personally called several and told them what was going on.

It's costly at points - service fees. It can be unnecessary to pay costs for simply delivery, upon the price of tip already.

Overall, GrubHub has great customer service and features.

Delivery was not too long and our driver was very polite. We even got free delivery through the app.

Some menus are not quite correct or are missing items. Sometimes their navigation sends driver to the wrong location and I have to end up guiding the driver to my location.

What I dislike is that they cut out the restaurants, they order your food as if they are YOU.

Ve had a bit of difficulty with a certain restaurant incorrectly making my food and I struggled to figure out how to fix the situation through the app.

There are a ton of local restaurants to choose from on the GrubHub app so it's easy to find something that will make even the picky eaters in the family happy.

I don't normally spend money on something like delivery fees when I can do it myself. But sometimes you just need the convenience of delivery and GrubHub does a great job.

I like the variety of restaurants that they have at your disposal, they have more places to choose from than some other food delivery apps.

Overall they did refund my food when I found out that this local small restaurant had no idea I had made a order.

I use this app, web version and mobile version, for ordering food & groceries. Very user friendly and well designed for easy navigation.

I don't think anyone can argue that Grubhub is great and easy to use. I think everyone has used it by now.

A Little Pricey but Was  Lifesaver After My Surgery.

So if I was to not see the tip that they added for the drivers themselves I would have been at a loss for money and very upset.

I liked the ease of using it, Pricing and the number of options available.

The app however has more average layout and bit of a  unclear navigation as to the distance or where your food is.

The app was super easy to use and had most of my favorite restaurants. It was so nice to have all of those choices at my fingertips, and to have delicious dinners just show up at my door like magic.

The fees and delivery charges are sometimes a little outrageous.

Great variety app is super easy to find exactly what you want for breakfast/lunch/dinner zip code shows close vendors that are using this feature was a lifesaver during the pandemic.

It's a very quick process and I have also been able to track where the driver is located with my food, which is also a good help to me.

The app is streamlined and easy to use and the variety and options available to choose from is fantastic.

I like that u can get food delivered by places that wouldn’t normally deliver to you. I also enjoy that this app is easy to navigate and easy to use.

They offer a huge variety of restaurants in the area. I can award my coworker with a nice lunch delivered to her home office while we practice social distancing and hold business meetings online.

Sometime moving back & forth makes the user little confusing and order need to start from the begining again.

If they mess up your order there is not much you can do. You just have to make it work and can’t change the tip afterwards.

What I like most basically about this software is the ease of use and the compatibility with most devices and the fast ability to get food from a facility to a person or meeting or wherever quickly.

I like most about GH is their service. GH+ is a fair price, food doesn't cost too much over normal price like uber eats, and the food  is almost always on time.

They did refund me very quickly and they understood that I didn’t want to be part of being dishonest.

Overall, I like GrubHub and would recommend. It has def been helpful over the past year when I don’t feel like cooking.

It is extremely easy to order gift cards and send them virtually to coworkers and clients. We replaced our yearly holiday popcorn gifts with GrubHub gift cards, which is a great move in this pandemic.

The customer service is awful- there are always issues with delivery, it is overpriced and there are absurd amounts of fees applied at the end, something is always wrong with the order.

Overall, I definitely enjoy the app and plan to continue using it pretty frequently.

Second, you need to pay service fees, shipping, and tips.

Also, My website is easier to use from a cell phone now. It's worth paying the extra money for each month.

Customer service has always been helpful if I had a question or issue. The software has integrated well with my QuickBooks software so that's been helpful as I'm learning QB.

I had trouble with my labels in the printing mode. I use a different size of label than they have on file.

The product is incredibly user friendly, can be used on any device (not tied to a license on one desktop machine like other systems) and support is great.

Every one has been wonderful beyond any expectations. Thank you to each and every one of them.

But we are happy with the functionality and effectiveness of Rain. The fact that Rain is continually improving and updating their system has only increased our satisfaction over the years.

Lack of integration with shipping companies. Cumbersome uploads to QuickBooks.

They are constantly improving, updating and listening to customer suggestions to make their product even better.

I've had at least 2-3 calls to different technicians ag in a row where I just felt bad for even calling.

Rental, class, and automatically populating the website is a big help for us saving time. It hasn't really made us more money as advertised.

Overall, my experience has been quite positive. In fact I have recommended them to other local business owners.

The word processor can be a problem when trying to change font sizes.

I was using another online web service when I heard about Rain (Like Sew). I like what they were offering and the price was great compared to what I was paying.

RAIN was super helpful in transferring our data from our old POS system (TRS) to their system. It has been easy to train staff to use the system.

Label printing is terrible. No dimension option for shipping calculations.

I like how integrated everything is - purchasing, receiving inventory, online and in-store transactions. Adding new products through almost any of my vendors is fast and easy.

The layouts were clean and simple. The customer support was generally responsive when we needed their help.

I want to upload my own pretty newsletter and not have it get distorted. Using the newsletter feature on the site is boring.

Tech support is wonderful. They are constantly updating and improving the software.

I love that they're always improving it and take our input.

My longtime email address was now blocked from sending. I had to purchase a business email and the integration was rather difficult.

We have recommended the product to quite a few other shops and want to make sure that it fits their accounting needs as well.

Product is very easy to use. It's nice that I can put items on my website right from the product page.

The fact that everything was based on the internet meant that we couldn’t use the cash register. This led to a loss of sales.

Happy, just keep the costs down. Remember we are not selling iPhones or over-priced clothes.
