After we discovered this problem we called the company for a return and refund. We were told that since it was more than 30 days after the purchase date a return/refund was not allowed.

They are true business partners. Always willing to support our business, even with customized requests.

I love that Orchid is mobile, real time and intergates with everything we ned.

They always had something go wrong and would then need support which took time from actual work.

I really enjoyed their software, having it all set up properly, learning all the ways to use it, and the training was impeccable.

Fully integrated system to help manage all our client needs, from customer date, contact management, reporting, marketing and social media support.

And just a beautiful technique overall in the setup. I really thought we had a winner there.

Its easy to use and doesn't have too many problems. I also like that it doesn't need to be backed up to keep our schedule protected.

We have been using Orchid for almost 11 years and have found it to be very easy to use. Plus I have had some amazing help by our rep. He truly has been a delight to work with.

Issues will fixing problems with the software.

I love the integration of the reminder texts being sent out through the software. Taking payments through Orchid is also a smooth process.

Hands down, they have an amazing team of customer service reps who go out of their way to accommodate you with excellent service and care. The software is easy to understand and use and so is the app.

Very nice customer support and follow up. They make it very easy to get questions asked and genuinely care about their customers and ease of use.

I could just call and go straight to his desk and ask him questions, or email the support team anytime without bugging them.

Because of the interface, it is difficult to switch which is why it has taken so long.

Getting through to customer service is always easy, and Ryan is the best. He is a great listener and consistently makes recommendations that continually  work with our practice's immediate needs.

The overall experience was very positive and it did not take long to teach my staff how to use it. We have a weekly goal for our productivity and seeing it in front of us gives us a push.

It also has a mobile app available which is handy for on the go, I'm not stuck to a computer. Customer support is most excellent when in need.

Poor package creation, poor customer service, difficult to track deals and previously purchased packages, poor refund ability.

Thus, if you have a paperless office/spa, you will have to put a desktop or laptop in every treatment room and pay for a license for each of these additional computers or the software is useless.

Unfortunately 2 things & 1 of those 2 was the ultimate deal breaker as we did have them up & running until coming to this sad problem.

Open tickets mess up daily totals and can't be closed retroactively.

A feature that I did not know it had when I trialed it and was really happy about, is the revenue projections. I love seeing week to week what our projections are and what % booking we have.

The constantly bombarded us with phone calls and we had to have certain internet and modem requirements and the worse part is they had 3 mandatory training for staff and set up.

Very Easy and helpful, very care and nice costumer support. Fast software  and great quality.

So many errors and embarrassing when trying to check your clients out.

The customer support are friendly and understanding.

The best medical spa software available. Easy to use, fantastic customer service and extremely versatile.

They cannot provide that report in such high detail right now, unfortunately. We had to cancel with them for now.

I decided to try this software for our med spa. The interface is visually appealing and easy to use.

We like that we can view the schedule from any device.

The pricing is very affordable and a free trial is available which is helpful to test it out and see if its the right fit.

There are frequent updates which can be confusing. Wording/names of buttons will change with no warning.

The interface of the software is so good and attractive. It enables an easy payment processing and it helps in creating online stores easily without diffuclties.

Its ability to allow multiple people to log in such as employees or other people allowed to make sales with such ease is wonderful.

The support was responsive and the number of plugins is pretty outstanding for a platform this sized.

Shopify is hard to get a grasp on and you often do not know there is a problem with your marketplace until money is lost on the issue.

Greatest benefit is the Growth of the options offered and Shopify helps the user-business owner of the site use awesome marketing tools and apps.

The adult novelty shop was killed when the credit processing was pulled leaving our client dead in the water.

This is a great ecommerce CMS and has great integrations to help any small business. Tip: The forums are actually very useful.

Shopify offers the best eCommerce solution with good competitive pricing. It is a safe and trusted bet for emerging businesses.

But on the admin level, it does show it's connected and we don't know why it has that difference. So the user option is limited and has misinformation.

The ability to track sales, and collect funds virtually anyway possible is great. Their customer service and care is way better than most companies.

Actually there are no many disadvantages or problems with Shopify. Premium subscription is a little costly.

The online guides are helpful, and the system is amazing. They take care of payments, orders, and marketing.

It has a good degree of flexibility to allow you to customize your front end - but the main plusses are the ease of creating an inventory and the eCommerce integration.

Customer service is great and super friendly. They are available during odd-hours, which gives us store owners more confidence.

Overall I enjoy the ease of use with Shopify and my customers are happy with their shopping experience.

I liked that it was very easy to use, lots of tutorials and guidance on how to use it to the best of your ability.

Overall, we have had nothing but positive experiences with Shopify. I think that it is a great program, and is mostly user friendly for those who are not super tech-savvy.

The only complaint I have is that  I have to pay 30 bucks or more a month to use it depending on the package.

It can be hard sometimes to make changes on a design end, you can be blocked in by templates which can be frustrating especially changing between mobile and desktop.

The small budget to start , and the tools that helps you to get more sales in your store. And the amazing templates that were really professional and helpful for my costumers.

Shopify is one of the best, if not the best, online store builder. It is so easy to use, have great analytics and the set up team is awesome.

Integration with CRMs can be a hit or miss. Integrating with Agile CRM over the years has been getting worse with some clients just giving up.
