Pros
- They do a great job everything that has to do with this kind of product they are always having good things this why I love this product the best one the usa.
- The product/customer support is great. It allows for a review of all sales and has great statistics to make it easy to track.
- User friendly and very good reporting. Integrated well with Great Plains and Quickbooks - good customer service.
Cons
- So whatever you do, don't use this company. They operate on criminal contract practices.
- BI programs are the most frustrating to set up and use.
- For whatever reason, the memory management in RQ Retail Management is unbelievably poor.
Pros
- The timing features for happy hour pricing, the ease of use for customers and staff, inventory use, ease of changing items on the fly during service. Such a great product for fast casual use.
- And do it all in one place - is awesome. And the fact that it is all so easy and user friendly is just a bonus.
- I love that you can pretty much totally customize it to your needs. The back end is very easy to use and I love the support links.
Cons
- Install was a total disaster and cost our company over 40K in losses. They refused to take responsibility for their failures.
- Customer Support Inadequate and Multiple Charges on customer accounts.
- You end up paying more in lost time, chargeback fees, and waste money on a subscription that doesn't even provide you with enough support.
