  • Pros

  • They are very good on what they do and have people working for them that care that you are happy. The price for everything that they offer is amazing.
  • I enjoy the ease of use on the dashboard and the interface between my website and my customers is very professional and seamless. My volume of reviews has increased dramatically from using Broadly.
  • Easy to use!!!! To top that off, they have great customer support. Broadly is a company who cares about your business success.
  • Cons

  • If any of our customers have a bad experience or give a thumbs down we are able to contact them and resolve the problem before they leave a bad review on one of our pages.
  • There was no usage history during the months in question, so I wasn't attempting to run a scam or anything of the sort, I just wanted to reduce operating costs when business was non-existent.
  • They charged me $2000 for months I didn't use the service and refused to issue a refund.

  • The simplicity of this website is unique, and great for everyone. When searching, you can see reviews in a blink of an eye, which can help you decide quickly if a product will fit your needs.
  • It has helped me to select the company which sent me a mail saying "I have won $10B..." - I would never expect that. These are the most wonderful things about trustpilot.
  • What a wonderful and unique experience it was in using this platform to highlight my work in the most important areas and build a good reputation among customers.
  • Cons

  • It seems very limited in terms of what you can do when you try it out. It's also like you're forced to pay for it because people only go out of their way to leave bad reviews.
  • We were not ok with extortion and thought showing Trustpilot this totally inappropriate demand from a rogue customer would result in the bad review being removed.
  • The biggest problem I have with them is they lock you into an annual contract with no option to get out of it.
